Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Stapels (1) aus Bogen auf einen Rundstapelanleger (2), dessen Funktionsorgane zwischen einem Anlegerrahmen (3) angeordnet sind,mit einem oberhalb des Rundstapelanlegers angeordneten Transportschlitten (4) für die Aufnahme des Stapels (1) an einer Stapelaufnahmestelle (5) von einer Stapeleinführseite (6) aus und dessen Transport zu einer Stapelabgabestelle (7),mit einer am Transportschlitten (4) gegenüber der Stapeleinführseite (6) befestigten Anschlagleiste (8),mit einem Stapelanschlag (9), der den Transportschlitten (4) rechtwinklig zu der Anschlagleiste (8) auf der von der Stapelabgabestelle (7) abgewandten Seite zugeordnet ist,mit einem am Transportschlitten (4) auf der der Stapelabgabestelle (7) zugewandten Seite angeordneten Sensor (10),mit einer anlegerrahmenseitigen Führung (11) mit Antrieb (12) für eine Bewegung des Transportschlittens (4) längs des Anlegerrahmens (3),mit einer anlegerrahmenseitigen Führung (13) mit Antrieb (14) für eine Bewegung des Stapelanschlags (9) längs des Anlegerrahmens (3), undmit einer Steuerung,-- die auf ein erstes Signal die Antriebe (12, 14) von Transportschlitten (4) und Stapelanschlag (9) für deren Bewegung aus der Stapelaufnahmestelle (5) zur Stapelabgabestelle (7) aktiviert,-- die auf ein Signal des Sensors (19) bei Erfassen der Position der Hinterkante (16) des letzten Bogens eines auf den Rundstapelanleger (2) bereits aufgebrachten geschuppten Stapel (17) den Transportschlitten (4) und den Stapelanschlag (9) anhält und die Rückführung des Transportschlittens (4) zu der Stapelaufnahmestelle (5) aktiviert, wobei der stehende Stapelanschlag (9) den Stapel (1) vom Transportschlitten (4) auf den letzen Bogen des geschuppten Stapels (17) schiebt, und-- die auf ein zweites Signal den Antrieb (14) des Stapelanschlags (9) für seine Rückführung zu der Stapelaufnahmestelle (5) aktiviert.
- Vorichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Erzeugung des ersten und zweiten Signals Schalter angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (11, 13) von Stapelanschlag (9) und Transportschlitten (4) jeweils eine mechanische Führung (111, 112; 131, 132) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (12, 14) für den Stapelanschlag (9) und den Transpotschlitten (4) jeweils über Elektromotor (121, 141), Drehspindel (113, 133) und Spindelmutter (114, 134) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (12, 14) des Stapelanschlags (9) und des Transportschlittens (4) eine pneumatisch oder hydraulisch betätigte Kolbenstange aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (12, 14) des Stapelanschlags (9) und des Transportschlittens (4) jeweils eine umlaufende Kette oder einen umlaufenden Zahnriemen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (12, 14) des Stapelanschlags (9) und des Transportschlittens (4) jeweils einen Linearmotor aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportschlitten (4) auf seiner Stapeltransportfläche mündende Luftdüsen aufweist.
