Claims (10)
- Dispositif de serrage réglable sur des parties ajustables (2, 3) d'une chaussure dans une direction transversale à celle de la force de serrage qu'il est capable d'exercer par l'intermédiaire d'un lever de tension (6, 46) dont il est pourvu, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de tension (6, 46) est monté sur une embase (7) qui est munie, d'une part, d'un élément d'attache (11) destiné à la retenir sur l'un quelconque de plusieurs points d'attache (10) réalisés dans un insert rigide (8) fixé sur l'une (3) des parties ajustables (2, 3) de la chaussure, et d'autre part, d'un moyen d'assemblage (12), tel qu'une encoche, destiné à coopérer avec un moyen d'assemblage (13) correspondant, tel qu'un bossage, obtenu sur ladite partie ajustable (3), et par le fait que l'élément d'attache (11) et l'encoche (13) de l'embase (7) du lever sont alignés dans une direction coïncident approximativement à celle de la force de serrage qu'exerce le levier de tension (6, 46) tandis que les points d'attache (10) réalisés dans l'insert (8) s'étendent, successivement, dans une direction transversale à celle dudit effort de serrage.
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que pour chaque point d'attache (10) réalisé dans l'insert (8) il correspond un bossage (13) sur la partie ajustable (3) de la chaussure.
- Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'insert (8) est au moins partiellement inséré dans l'épaisseur de la partie ajustable (3) sur laquelle il est fixé.
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le levier de tension (6, 46) agit sur un tirant (21, 42) qui coopère avec un élément de retenue (20, 50) réglable en position sur l'autre partie ajustable (2) de la chaussure dans une direction transversale à celle de la force de serrage exercée par le lever de tension (6, 46).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de retenue (20, 50) avec lequel coopère le tirant (21, 42) comporte un moyen de guidage (22, 52) qui coopère avec un moyen de guidage (23, 23') correspondant porté par la partie ajustable (2 )de la chaussure afin de permettre son réglage en position d'alignement en vis-à-vis du levier de tension (6, 46).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de guidage (23) porté par la partie ajustable (2) de la chaussure est constitué par une lumière oblongue qui s'étend dans une direction transversale à celle de la force de serrage exercée par le lever de tension (6, 46), et par le fait qu'un tenon (22, 52) venu de l'élément de retenue (20, 50), monté coulissant librement dans la lumière oblongue, constitue le moyen de guidage de ce dernier (20, 50).
- Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de guidage (23) porté par la partie ajustable (2) de la chaussure comporte une pièce résistante (30) qui le gaine afin de le renforcer.
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de retenue (20) est constitué d'une crémaillère avec laquelle coopère le tirant (21) du lever de tension (6), cette crémaillère étant munie d'un tenon (22) qui est monté coulissant dans la lumière oblongue (23).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendication 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de retenue (50) est constitué d'une pièce en forme de champignon dont le chapeau (51), placé en saillie sur la partie ajustable (2) correspondante de la chaussure, est pourvu du tirant (42) actionné par le levier de tension (46) et dont le pied (52) est monté coulissant dans la lumière oblongue (23).
- Dispositif de serrage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de retenue (20) du tirant (21) comporte une zone de guidage (33) qui coopère avec une zone complémentaire (31) située sur la partie ajustable (2) correspondante de la chaussure, ces zones de guidage (31, 33) étant orientées parallèlement à la lumière oblongue (23, 23').
