Claims (5)
- Bauteilspanner, der eine durch pneumatische, hydraulische oder elektrische Energie verlagerbare Spannstange (16), einen aus seiner Spannstellung (ST) in eine Bereitschaftsposition (BP) und umgekehrt schwenkbaren Spannarm (4), einen mit dem Spannarm (4) über eine Schwenkwelle (7) drehfest verbundenen starren Hebel (11) und eine sowohl mit dem Hebel (11) als auch mit dem Ende (15) der Spannstange (16) drehbeweglich gekoppelte starre Lasche (13) aufweist, deren Länge (L1) zwischen einem ersten Koppelgelenk (12) und einem zweiten Koppelgelenk (14) größer als der Abstand (A) zwischen dem ersten Koppelgelenk (12) der Lasche (13) mit dem Hebel (11) und der Längsachse (27) der Spannstange (16) in der Bereitschaftsposition (BP) bemessen ist, wobei das zweite Koppelgelenk (14) zwischen der Lasche (13) und dem Ende (15) der Spannstange (16) an wenigstens einer Laufrolle (17) abgestützt ist, die an einer Zwangsführung (18) abwälzt, welche einen dem Schwenkwinkel (α) des Spannarms (4) zwischen der Bereitschaftsposition (BP) und der Spannstellung (ST) entsprechenden Längenabschnitt (L) besitzt, der geradlinig parallel zur Längsachse (27) der Spannstange (16) in der Bereitschaftsposition (BP) verläuft, und welche mit einem zum ersten Koppelgelenk (12) zwischen Hebel (11) und Lasche (13) in dessen Totpunkt konkaven Endabschnitt (23) versehen ist, der vor der der Bereitschaftsposition (BP) zugewandten Seite der durch das sich im Totpunkt befindende erste Koppelgelenk (12) verlaufenden, sich zur Längsachse (27) der Spannstange (16) in der Bereitschaftsposition (BP) senkrecht erstreckenden Ebene (E-E) beginnt dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endabschnitt (23) auf der dieser Bereitschaftsposition (BP) abgewandten Seite dieser Ebene (E-E) an einem Endpunkt (25) endet, an den die Laufrolle (17) nach Überfahren des Totpunkts zum Erreichen eines selbsthemmenden Zustands gelangt, wobei der konkave Endabschnitt (23) einen Radius (R) aufweist, welcher der Länge (L1) der Lasche (13) zwischen dem ersten Koppelgelenk (12) und dem zweiten Koppelgelenk (14) zuzüglich des Radius (r) der Laufrolle (17) entspricht.
- Bauteilspanner nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem sich der konkave Endabschnitt (23) der Zwangsführung (18) über eine Bogenlänge (L3) erstreckt, die einem die Ebene (E-E) übergreifenden Schwenkwinkel (2β) der Lasche (13) von 6° bis 10°, vorzugsweise 8°, entspricht.
- Bauteilspanner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem die Zwangsführung (18), der Hebel (11), die Lasche (13) und die Laufrolle (17) in einem mit der Führung (2) für die Spannstange (16) verbindbaren zweiteiligen Gehäuse (3) angeordnet sind.
- Bauteilspanner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welchem der Spannarm (4) mit zwei Gelenkarmen (5) das Gehäuse (3) seitlich umfasst und über die Gelenkarme (5) mit den aus dem Gehäuse (3) herausgeführten Enden der mit dem Hebel (11) einstückig gestalteten Schwenkwelle (7) drehfest verbunden ist.
- Bauteilspanner nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem die Schwenkwelle (7) in den die Gelenkarme (5) tragenden Endabschnitten mehrkantig ausgebildet ist.
