- the invention relates to a walkable plank - in particular an at least one extruded open profile Plank for scaffolding with from the bottom a bottom plate formed reinforcement profiles carrier-like Cross-section as well as with the open profile connecting box profile - with at least a hook profile protruding from the end of the plank as a holding element for one in the hook space of the hook profile usable strand-like scaffolding part or the like.
- a walkable plank in particular an at least one extruded open profile Plank for scaffolding with from the bottom a bottom plate formed reinforcement profiles carrier-like Cross-section as well as with the open profile connecting box profile - with at least a hook profile protruding from the end of the plank as a holding element for one in the hook space of the hook profile usable strand-like scaffolding part or the like.
- scaffolding planks Light metal alloys known. In addition to planks made from folded, Embossed and / or perforated sheets can be found also others that are made from extruded profiles. In addition to the static specification of a transmission of vertical and horizontal forces have scaffolding planks built this way be that they also the complaints in handling and Use, d. H. they need local forces - For example, shocks - permanent without permanent deformations withstand. As a result, the minimum wall thickness can not be chosen arbitrarily thin, which is why scaffolding boards from hollow sections mostly relatively heavy are. The advantage of hollow cross sections is theirs Torsional rigidity.
- a generic plank is exemplary of the font DE 295 92 666 U to be found by the applicant.
- Profile of this plank is a box profile at both ends welded, thanks to which a high torsional rigidity arises.
- This plank can with its face cantilevered hook profiles easily hooked into scaffolding become.
- the inventor was aware of this state of the art set the goal of a plank or scaffold board at the beginning described way to improve so that their connection to the scaffolding or another counter element against unwanted Taking off is secured.
- the hook profile of the plank is at least assigned a rotatably mounted securing element, which in a hook position the hook space - and thus an in this inserted scaffold tube or the like. Counter element securing the position - engages at least partially; this The securing element therefore closes in the securing position the entrance side of that hook space and prevents an unwanted Separate hook profile and counter element.
- the Securing element movable in a hook profile assigned Hollow profile body of a safety device and is from a channel of the Hollow profile body in a determining the securing position transferable to other channel space; the resting position of the then the hanging securing element is suspended from the Gravity determined.
- the securing element is preferably a securing bracket designed to be in the safe position to its rest position runs inclined and with a reference surface an angle of inclination certainly; advantageously forms a surface of the hollow profile body, the reference surface of the plank for the Angle of inclination.
- the hollow profile body contains the Security device at least two by a weir-like towering inner rib separate channel spaces; the securing element is stored in one of the - preferred two - gutters.
- The has the safe position defining channel space towards the channel deepest a flat Cross-sectional area, with the central axis of this cross-sectional area also at an angle to the reference surface runs.
- That channel space with the inclined cross-sectional area should advantageously in an outwardly curved channel section the front wall of the counter element facing Hollow profile body can be provided - ie close to the one to be secured Scaffold part - as well as with the inner rib mentioned end up; the other - serving the resting position - gutter space is on the other hand from a back wall of the Hollow profile body and on the other hand also from the inner rib limited.
- this is a bent from a strand of material Safety bracket, which as a round strand at least one Has flattening, in the area of which the cross section of the inclined channel space is adapted.
- the Securing bracket can also be bent from a flat material, whose cross-section corresponds approximately to that of the channel space.
- the safety bracket self-contained or on one Long side with one bordered by its strand ends Be provided with the gap and then with the two strand ends in the gutters are used.
- Each of the strand ends is advantageously a round strand at least on one side with a flat.
- each strand end preferably offers two parallel ends Flattened areas that have a rectangular flat cross section limit a height that the width of the inclined Gutter determined.
- Safety bracket made of a ridge beam and one of them approximately in the middle and vertically protruding temple bar about T-like is shaped, with the ridge beam in one of the two Gutters and the iron bar has a cross slot in the Passes through hollow profile body.
- Advantage of this safety bracket is its particularly simple manufacture and handling.
- cross section of the ridge beam should be approximately be rectangular as well as the cross section of the securing position approximately correspond to the defining channel space; also here the cross-sectional height of the ridge beam determines the clear width of the inclined channel space.
- the ironing bar in its securing position can have a slot edge of the transverse slot in the channel section to serve; the surface of the slot edge should act as a guide for the ironing bar approximately parallel to the inclined central axis of the neighboring gutter.
- That transverse slot divides the back wall, the channel spaces as well the inner rib, and the back wall of the hollow profile body forms at least in the area on both sides of the transverse slot at a distance from the ridge wall of the hollow profile body Top edge to insert the ridge beam into the hollow profile body to simplify.
- a walkable plank 10 for example a plank height h of about 64 mm for a sake of clarity in the drawing only indicated by a scaffold tube 12 Scaffolding has extruded, open at the bottom Longitudinal profiles 14, each one in the installed position bottom plate 16 directed above and several molded onto it Has longitudinal webs 18.
- the longitudinal profiles 14 are welded on their open narrow sides to a box profile 20 placed in front of them - also extruded from an aluminum alloy - the height of which corresponds approximately to that of the planks h. From the rear wall 22 of the box section 20 project tongues 24 of different lengths, which are supported in the longitudinal profiles 14. In addition, the rear wall 22 is molded onto a ridge plate 26 and a foot plate 28, which are connected to one another in one piece by a front wall 30.
- ridge plate 26 Approximately from the cross-sectional corners of the ridge plate 26 are two mutually inclined profile webs 32, which are connected at the other end to the base plate 28, where a portion 28 a of the base plate 28 which is approximately parallel to the ridge plate 26 into a portion 28 which is inclined downwards towards the lower edge of the rear wall 22 b passes.
- the outer surfaces of the ridge plate 26 and the approximately parallel section 28 a of the foot plate 28 form supports for legs 34 of a channel profile 36 which are parallel and at a distance from one another and to which at least one hook profile 38 is integrally formed. This lies in the position of use with its part-circular inner contour 37 the circumference of that scaffold tube 12 - it partially extensive - on; the scaffold tube 12 passes through the hook space 40 of the hook profile 38.
- the end edges 35 of the legs 34 are chamfered and delimit with corresponding counter edges 42 of the box section 20 two longitudinal channels 43 for undetectable weld seams.
- a securing device 44 for securing the position of the Scaffold tube 12 upstream in the hook profile 38.
- This security device 44 consists of an extruded Hollow profile body 46, which with the outer surface of a back wall 48 and a right-angled collar end 49 one Ridge wall 50 of that box profile 20 rests on two surfaces.
- the Front wall 52 of the hollow profile body 46 goes down into a bulging channel section 53, on the other hand ends with a comb-like inner rib 54; this runs parallel to front and back walls 52, 48 and protrudes tongue-like in the interior 56 of the hollow profile 46, the lower area they are divided into two channel spaces 58,59.
- a securing bracket 60 is located in one of the channel spaces 58, 59 stored.
