Claims (12)
- Blockformungsmaschine zur Herstellung von Kantholz aus Rundhölzern, mit kegelstumpfförmigen Zerspanscheiben mit längs mindestens einer Spirale auf der Mantelfläche angeordneten Werkzeugen mit radial ausgerichteten Schneiden und mit senkrecht dazu angeordneten Ritzkanten, wobei in den Zerspanscheiben nächst den Werkzeugen Durchbrüche zur Ableitung des anfallenden zerspanten Differenzvolumens zwischen dem Rundholz und dem Kantholz vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur gleichzeitigen Herstellung von Flachspänen, insbesondere für die Spanplattenproduktion, zusammen mit der Herstellung der Kanthölzer (11) die Schneiden (16) der Werkzeuge (15) eine Länge von 7 bis 12 cm, vorzugsweise 10 cm, aufweisen und die Höhenlagedifferenz der Schneiden (16) zweier hintereinander liegender Werkzeuge (15) etwa 0,4 bis 1 mm, vorzugsweise 0,5 mm, beträgt.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerspanscheibe (2, 3, 9, 10) mittig eine antriebslose freilaufende Zentrierscheibe (20) oder einen Kreisring zur Führung der bearbeiteten Rundhölzer (4) zum Zweck der Erzeugung möglichst gleich dicker Flachspäne aufweist.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Werkzeugen (15), insbesondere jenen im Bereich des größten Durchmessers der Zerspanscheibe (2, 3, 9, 10), jeweils eine Auflageplatte (21) zum Zuführen des Stammes zu den Schneiden gegenüberliegt und die Schneiden (16) der Werkzeuge (15) sowie die Auflageplatte (21) die Durchbrüche (17) in der Zerspanscheibe (2, 3, 9, 10) begrenzen.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wie bekannt mindestens zwei mit einander spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegenden Zerspanscheiben (2, 3, 9, 10) ausgestattete Zerspanstationen (1, 8) im Abstand größer als einer Rundholzlänge entspricht, aufeinanderfolgen und daß bei jeweils horizontalen Drehachsen der Zerspanscheiben (2, 3, 9, 10) eine Wendevorrichtung (7) für den Stamm (4) um 90° zwischengeschaltet ist.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mit einander spiegelbildlich gegenüberliegenden Zerspanscheiben (2, 3) ausgestattete Zerspanstation (1) vorgesehen ist und daß an die Zerspanstation (1) eine Wendevorrichtung (7) um 90° für die einseitig bearbeitenden Stämme (4) anschließt und eine Reversiervorrichtung den Vorschub in Richtung auf die Zerspanstation (1) umkehrt (Rundlauf).
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder den paarweise angeordneten Zerspanscheiben (2, 3; 9, 10) gegen die vorzugsweise bereits abgeflachte Oberfläche des Stammes bzw. Rundholzes (4) gerichtete in Vorschubrichtung mitdrehende Schneidscheiben (22) vorgelagert sind, die in einer Vielzahl, vorzugsweise auf gleicher Achse im Abstand nebeneinander liegen und zum Stamm bzw. Rundholz (4) achsparallele Ritzen oder Perforierungen vor dem Zerspanen in die Oberfläche des Stammes oder Rundholzes (4) eindrücken oder einschneiden.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidscheiben als schmale Zylinderscheiben ausgebildet sind, deren Zylinderfläche einen spitz zulaufenden Rippenkranz trägt.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidscheiben (22) als nebeneinander liegende Kreissägeblätter mit eigenem Antrieb und mit Begrenzung für maximale Einstechtiefe ausgebildet sind.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einritz- oder Einpreßtiefe der Schneidscheiben (22) etwa 5 bis 20 mm ausmacht.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Umfang der Zerspanscheiben (2, 3; 9, 10) ein diese wenigstens teilweise umgreifendes Leitblech (25, 26) in radialer Richtung dem Spänefall folgend anschließt und den Bereich des von der Bearbeitungsseite abgewandten Spänefalls von dem Bereich der Bearbeitungsseite trennt.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den beiden Seiten des Leitbleches (25, 26) getrennte Fördereinrichtungen (28, 29) zur getrennten Abfuhr einerseits von groben Splittern und Bruchstücken der Werkzeugseite der Zerspanscheibe (2, 3; 9, 10) und anderseits der Flachspäne von der den Werkzeugen abgewandten Seite der Zerspanscheiben vorgesehen sind.
- Blockformungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zerspanscheiben (2, 3; 9, 10) jeweils Naben (30) aufweisen, die die antriebslosen Zentrierscheiben (20) tragen und daß auf jede Nabe (30) ein kegelstumpfförmiger Tragring (31) für die längs mindestens einer Spirale angeordneten, über den Durchbrüchen für den Späneablauf befestigten Werkzeugen aufgesetzt ist.
