Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Kleber auf Bahnmaterial,mit einer hohlen zylinderförmigen Auftragswalze, die eine Vielzahl von Öffnungen in der Mantelfläche (42) hat, durch die hindurch aushärtbarer Kleber (48) vom Inneren der Auftragswalze auf ihre Außenfläche gelangt und von dort auf das unter Drehung der Auftragswalze vorbeigeführte Bahnmaterial übertragbar ist,und mit einer im Inneren der Auftragswalze angeordneten beheizbaren Verteilvorrichtung (24), die flüssigen Kleber über die Länge der Auftragswalze einer Rakel (32) zuführt, welche den Kleber durch die Öffnungen in der Mantelfläche drückt,wobei die Verteilvorrichtung (24) eine Halterung (26) hat, die sich über die Länge der Auftragswalze erstreckt und die Rakel (32) in Kontakt mit der Innenwand der Auftragswalze hält,daß die Halterung (26) für die Rakel (32) selbst nicht mit dem Kleber in Berührung kommt,daß die Halterung ein Halterohr (26) enthält, welches in seinem Inneren mindestens einen Heizstab (34) aufnimmt,daß das den Kleber zuführende Rohr (44) in Wärmekontakt mit dem Halterohr (26) steht,und daß das Kleber zuführende Rohr (44) lösbar mit der Halterung (26) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Auslaßöffnung im Rohr eine Vielzahl von Durchgangslöchern (46) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Durchgangslöcher im wesentlichen längs einer Linie parallel zur Längsachse des Rohrs (44) auf seiner Mantelfläche angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem den Kleber zuführenden Rohr (44) flüssiger Kleber (48) auf nur einer seitlichen Öffnung zugeführt wird, und daß die Breite der Auslaßöffnung bzw. die Durchmesser der Durchgangslöcher (46) mit zunehmendem Abstand von dieser seitlichen Öffnung sich vergrößern und/oder die gegenseitigen Abstände aufeinanderfolgender Durchgangslöcher (46) sich verkleinern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Kleber zuführende Rohr (44) einen vielkantförmigen, quadratischen oder kreisförmigen Querschnitt hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Kleber zuführende Rohr (44) aus einem gut wärmeleitenden Material besteht, vorzugsweise Kupfer.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rakel (32) an einer Platte (30) befestigt ist, die zumindest teilweise im Inneren des Halterohrs (26) verläuft, und daß im Inneren des mit einem Längsschlitz versehenen Rohrs (26) ein federndes Element (36) angeordnet ist, das die in den Längsschlitz (28) eingeführte Platte (30) vorspannt und das Rakelende (40) gegen die Innenfläche der Auftragswalze drückt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als federndes Element ein aufpumpbarer Luftschlauch (36) vorgesehen ist, dessen Federkraft durch den Luftdruck in ihm einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines mit einem Kleber versehenen Bahnmaterials,
bei dem eine Vorrichtung aushärtbaren flüssigen Kleber (48) auf das Bahnmaterial unter Verwendung einer hohlen zylinderförmigen Auftragswalze aufträgt, wobei eine Rakel (32) den flüssigen Kleber durch Öffnungen in der Mantelfläche (42) der Auftragswalze drückt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7 verwendet wird,
und daß das mit Kleber versehene Bahnmaterial mit einem weiteren Bahnmaterial verklebt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eines der Bahnmaterialien ein Membranmaterial ist, welches dampfdurchlässig, jedoch nicht wasserdurchlässig ist.
- Produkt, hergestellt durch das Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Laminat aus Bahnmaterial und Membranmaterial für medizinische Zwecke geeignet ist.
- Produkt nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für Operationstücher oder Kleidung eingesetzt wird.
