Abstract

Es wird eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit einer Trockenpartie (1), die mindestens eine zweireihige Trockengruppe (3) aufweist, die eine obere und eine untere Reihe von beheizbaren Trockenzylindern (5-15) umfaßt, denen jeweils ein Transportband (17,25) zugeordnet ist, das die Trockenzylinder einer Reihe (5,7,9) und den Trockenzylindern zugeordnete Umlenkwalzen (19,21,23) mäanderförmig umläuft, wobei die Materialbahn (31) abwechselnd um einen Trockenzylinder (5,7,9) der oberen Reihe und um einen Trockenzylinder (11,13,15) der unteren Reihe und zwischen den Trockenzylinderreihen in einem freien Zug geführt wird, und mit mindestens einer der Überführung eines Einfädelstreifens dienenden ersten Düseneinrichtung (37,39), deren Gasstrom im wesentlichen entgegen der Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (31) verläuft, vorgeschlagen. Die Maschine zeichnet sich durch eine auf der der ersten Düseneinrichtung (37;37') gegenüberliegenden Materialbahnseite angeordnete Führungseinrichtung (45) aus, die mindestens eine zweite Düseneinrichtung (47,49) umfaßt, deren Gasstrom (51) im wesentlichen in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (31) verläuft.
