Definitions
- the invention relates to a gymnastics apparatus for performing horse jump-like Exercises in which the gymnast to the device front starts running, with his hands on the Device is briefly supported and the device in the direction of flipped over to the front, with one of an undercarriage held in height and at its top a support surface for the hands of the gymnast forming, resilient Top.
- Usual jumping horses as they are known for example from DE 3 426 112 A, have a horse body with beam-like Longitudinal shape as a top and four legs the end of the horse's body as a base.
- Such jumping horses become parallel in men's gymnastics and set up at the women's gymnastics across the starting direction. in the former case results in a jump long, but narrow support surface, while in the second If the support surface is wide, but very short is. This relatively small support surface is not harmless and can in case of a mistake by the gymnast too cause serious injury.
- jump horses are at their the support surface though upholstering the top. Nevertheless, they act especially on the wrists of the gymnast strong blows.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object a gymnastics device of the type mentioned create, with which the horse jumping exercises also let run, the gymnastics without changing direction for both men's gymnastics and women's gymnastics should be usable. Furthermore, the risk of injury the gymnast be low. Furthermore, the new should Device design a handy and less bulky Enable construction.
- the Upper part of a resiliently arranged on the base Plate is formed, whose front area from the front downwards arcuately convex upwards towards the back, wherein the arcuate portion in an approximately horizontal Flat area passes and the transition area and / or the flat area serves as a support surface.
- Such a device represents a leap table, so to speak, its plate in the jump direction and transverse to this Such dimensions can be provided that the gymnast even in unfavorable conditions do not fall by can.
- the space requirement is smaller.
- the support surface when hitting the Turners resiliently, so that a certain damping occurs and also the gymnast by the springing back of the Plate one for the achievable jump height and width get cheap jump support.
- the arcuate area and its flowing transition into the horizontal flat area brings the further advantage with it, that the turner differently inclined places for putting on and supporting his hands stand so that every gymnast for him and the respective Exercise can choose the most suitable place.
- the resulting from the drawing gymnastics device 1 is at Use in the resulting from Fig. 1 position on the Ground. It is used to perform horse jump-like exercises, in which the gymnast in the direction indicated by arrow 2 to Device front 3 starts towards, with the prestretched Hands on the device touches and there is briefly supported and then the device via the back of the device 4 leaves to the rear. The gymnast overflies that Device in extension of its run-up distance in the arrow 2 corresponding direction from front to back, where he performs the respective jump.
- the gymnastics device 1 has a base frame 5 and a of this held in height top 6, the on his top 7 forms a support surface 8, at the Turner with his hands down. The exact place where the gymnast attacks on the support surface 8, depending on Turner and the respective jump exercise vary.
- the upper part 6 is of a spring on the base. 5 arranged plate 9 is formed, the front portion of the 10th from the front downwards arched convex upwards towards the back, the arcuate portion 10 towards the rear merges into an approximately horizontal flat region 11. Of the Transition region between the arc portion 10 and the Flat area 11 and / or the flat area 11 can as Support surface 8 serve for the gymnast.
- the gymnastics device 1 forms, so to speak, a leap table with the Plate 9 as a tabletop.
- the support surface 8 forming Area of the plate 9 is located at a height of about 1 m to 1.4 m, ie at chest level, where the accurate altitude depends on the height of the gymnast.
- the front to back with decreasing slope running Bow area 10 protects the gymnast in an impact.
- the bow area 10 runs out front down, d. H. it if there is no forwardly projecting area, which increase the risk of injury to the gymnast would.
- An unintentionally against the bow area 10 bouncing gymnast can slip onto the arch area 10, so that the impact is taken the force.
- the plate 9 is suitably with its arcuate Area 10 attached to the base 5 and extends from the attachment point 12 from freely cantilevering behind, so that the plate 9 is a leaf spring-like arrangement forms.
- the gymnast puts his hands on the Plate 9, this gives way elastically, as in Fig. 1st indicated by dash-dotted lines. This spring behavior results so to speak, a shock absorption when hitting the Turners and favors its subsequent jump.
- the plate 9 is with its front lower end region 13 attached to the base frame 5. This can with Help with dotted line indicated fastening screws 14 done. In this case, the plate 9 with her the top 7 opposite bottom on the base 5 attached.
- the plate 9 in the direction from front to back or vice versa adjustably connected to the base 5 is. If one loosens the fastening screws 14, can the plate 9 with its arc portion 10 in the bow direction 15th moved and again in the desired position be determined. In such an adjustment changed the inclination of the plate 9, so that these on a desired inclination can be adjusted.
- a further advantageous embodiment is that the attachment point 12, secured to the plate 9 is resiliently disposed on the base frame 5, such that the front lower end portion 13 of the plate.
- Fig. 1 is at a Load from above resulting course of the plate. 9 indicated by dash-dotted lines. So there is a twofold Suspension on, on the one hand by the inherent elastic behavior the plate 9 and on the other by attaching the plate 9 at a resilient point of the undercarriage 5. This indicates that the plate 9 back down (arrow 16) and slightly forward at the front (arrow 17) deflected becomes.
- the plate 9 is on a leaf spring assembly 18 of the undercarriage 5 attached.
- the leaf spring assembly 18 expediently a in side view of the underside of the arcuate plate area 10 opposite spring bow 19, extending from its free, the plate 9 carrying end portion 20 off in the same direction and with greater curvature than the curved one extending front plate portion 10 extends to the rear.
- the spring bow 19 thus removes behind the Fixing point 12 of the plate 9, so that their Spring downwards not obstructed according to arrow 16 becomes.
- the leaf spring assembly 18 has in side view expediently about the shape of an upside down "J" on and then forms her bow 19th a linear region 21 that runs vertically and on remaining sub-frame 22 is fixed.
- the leaf spring assembly 18 is thus of at least one Flat strip piece formed. As material comes in particular Metal in question.
- the plate 9 is arranged adjustable in height. For this can the linear, vertical area 21 of the Leaf spring assembly 18 height adjustable on the rest Base be set.
- the base frame 5 has expediently in the essentially arranged centrally below the plate 9 Stand 25 on, the bottom of foot-like boom 26 on standing on the ground.
- the stator 25 forms in the embodiment the remaining base 22, wherein the linear Area 21 of the leaf spring assembly 18 from above in the Stand 25 dips and guided in this height adjustable is.
- a handle 27 actuatable locking device is used to determine the Leaf spring assembly 18 in the set height. Of the locking device only the handle 27 is indicated. It may, for example, a clamping device act.
- the plate 9 may be a square or a rectangle-like Own shape.
- the plate 9 in the direction from the front behind only slightly larger than in the right-angled Transverse direction is.
- these dimensions also be chosen something different, where you expediently can provide that the plate 9 in the a direction no more than twice as large as in the other direction is.
- the plate 9 can in principle be made of different material be prepared. Appropriately, it is provided here that the plate 9 is essentially made of a plastic, in particular glass fiber material, or sheet metal existing Plate formed with a top plate plate becomes. However, the plate 9 could also be made of wood.
