Claims (4)
- Beschickungsvorrichtung für eine Plattenpresse mit Fördereinrichtungen, die das zu bearbeitende Werkstück (8) an beiden Seiten untergreifen, wozu sie einen in Förderrichtung auf die Plattenpresse bewegbaren, gabelartigen Halterahmen (2) aufweist, an dem zwei senkrecht zur Förderrichtung verfahrbare Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) angeordnet sind, die jeweils mindestens zwei Halteeinrichtungen (4A,4B) aufweisen, mit denen das Werkstück im Bereich seiner bezüglich der Förderrichtung beiden Seiten gehalten und in die Plattenpresse abgelegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtungen aus in Verfahrrichtung seiner zugeordneten Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) angeordneten Förderbändern (4), Förderrollen oder Förderwalzen bestehen, auf deren oberen Trums/Oberseiten das Werkstück (8) in der in die Plattenpresse eingefahrenen Position der Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) aufliegt, und dass die Förderbänder/Förderrollen/Förderwalzen mit der Bewegung des zugehörigen Beschikkungsholms (3A,3B) derart mechanisch zwangsgekoppelt sind, dass die Relativgeschwindigkeit der jeweiligen oberen Trums/jeweiligen Oberseiten, bezogen auf das Werkstück (8), bei allen Bewegungszuständen seines zugeordneten Beschickungsholms (3A,3B) gleich Null ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Zwangskopplung eine Zahnstange (6A,6B) vorgesehen ist, die am stirnseitigen Ende (2A) des Halterahmens (2) der Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) angebracht ist, und die mit einem Zahnrad (7) kämmt, das fest mit der gemeinsamen Antriebswelle (5A,5B) der Förderbänder (4) eines Beschickungsholms (3A,3B) verbunden ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderbänder (4) auf zwei Umlenkrollen (4A,4B) laufen, die beidseits des zugehörigen Beschickungsholms (3A,3B) gehalten sind, von denen eine auf der Antriebswelle (S) sitzt.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Beschickungsvorrichtung einer Plattenpresse mit Fördereinrichtungen, die das zu bearbeitende Werkstück untergreifen, wozu zwei senkrecht zur Förderrichtung verfahrbare Beschickungsholme gehören, die jeweils mindestens zwei Förderbänder/Förderrollen oder Förderwalzen als Halteeinrichtungen beinhalten, auf deren oberen Trums/Oberseiten das zu bearbeitende Werkstück (8) in der eingefahrenen Position der Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) aufliegt, wobei das Ablegen des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks (8) in der Presse (10) derart erfolgt, dass die beiden Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) mit einer Zeitverzögerung angesteuert werden, die derart bemessen ist, dass beide Beschikkungsholme (3A,3B) nahezu gleichzeitig ausfahren, während die Förderbänder (4) beider Beschickungsholme (3A,3B) das Werkstück (8) untergreifen.
