Claims (3)

  1. Maschine zur Herstellung eines Mischgarns durch Verbindung von zwei falschzwirntexturierten Garnen (2A, 2B), umfassend eine Vielzahl von identischen Arbeitspositionen, die nebeneinander auf einem Tragrahmen angeordnet sind und von auf einem Gatter oder Gestell montierten Spulen aus mit Garnen (2A, 2B) versorgt werden, wobei jede Position hinter dieser Versorgung in der Reihenfolge der Behandlung folgendes aufweist:
    einen Falschzwirntexturierbereich, der eine erste Liefervorrichtung (3A, 3B), Umlenkelemente, die die Einführung des Garns in das Innere einer Heizvorrichtung (5A, 5B) gestatten, einen Kühlbereich (6A, 6B), eine Falschzwirnspindel (7A, 7B) und eine zweite Zuführung (8A, 8B) für das aus dem eigentlichen Falschzwirnbereich austretende texturierte Garn umfaßt,
    einen Bereich, der die Verbindung von zwei auf zwei benachbarten Positionen texturierten Garnen (2A, 2B)gestattet und der aus einer Verflechtungsdüse (9) besteht, auf welche eine dritte Zuführung (10) folgt, hinter welcher vorteilhafterweise ein zweiter thermischer Behandlungsbereich (12) für das Mischgarn (11) angeordnet ist, an dessen Austritt die einer vierten Zuführung (14) zugeordneten Umlenkelemente die Abgabe der Mischgarne an die Aufwickelmittel (15) gestatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die zu beiden Seiten des Texturierbereichs angeordneten Zufuhrsysteme (3A, 3B), (8A, 8B) abwechselnd auf zwei parallelen, voneinander unabhängig angetriebenen Wellen montiert sind,
    daß die thermischen Behandlungsöfen (5A, 5B) des Falschzwirnbereichs durch zwei voneinander unabhängige Systeme temperaturreguliert werden,
    daß die Falschzwirnspindeln (7) Motorspindeln sind, die eine Anpassung ihrer Geschwindigkeit an die Natur des Garns gestatten,
    und daß die Mittel (9) zur Verbindung zweier von zwei verschiedenen Texturierpositionen kommenden Garnen durch Verflechtung von vorne gesehen zwischen diesen Positionen angeordnet sind, so daß man für beide Garne vor ihrer Verbindung einen identischen Weg erhält.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falschzwirnöfen (5A, 5B) offene Öfen sind, die die Behandlung von zwei Garnen (2A) oder (2B) parallel gestatten, wobei die Zuführungen (3A, 3B), (8A, 8B) paarweise versetzt sind.
  3. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vor dem Verbindungbereich vor oder hinter den am Austritt des Texturierbereichs angeordneten Liefervorrichtungen (8A, 8B) Mittel aufweist, die die Herstellung von Fantasiegarnen, die auf ihrer Länge Effekte aufweisen, gestatten, wie Mittel, die eine intermittierende Änderung der dem einen oder dem anderen Garn verliehenen Spannung, Mittel zur Durchführung einer vorübergehenden Akkumulierung eines der Garne oder Mittel, die einen veränderlichen Durchsatz und/oder eine veränderliche Spannung erzeugen können.
