Claims (4)
- Maschine, die die Herstellung umwundener Fäden ermöglicht und die sich aus einer Mehrzahl identischer und Seite an Seite angeordneter Positionen zusammensetzt, wobei jede Arbeitsposition folgendes umfaßt:- ein Spulengatter (3) für die Zuführung einer Vielzahl von Fäden (1a,1b,1c,1d),- gegenüber dem genannten Spulengatter (3) und im Abstand zu letzterem angeordnete und auf einem gemeinsamen Tragrahmen (7) montierte Umwindungsmittel (16), welche im wesentlichen umfassen:dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß. zwei hohle und übereinander angeordnete Spindeln (8a,8b), welche jeweils in der Verlängerung voneinander angeordnet sind und je eine Spule (9a, 9b) mit Umwindungsfaden tragen;. Abzugsmittel (10) für den geformten umwundenen Faden, die in der Verlängerung der gemeinsamen Achse der hohlen Spindeln (8a,8b) angeordnet sind und;. Aufwicklungsmittel (11) für den gebildeten Faden,- eine Mehrzahl von Schlupf-Spannungsreglern (5a,5b,5c,5d) für die einzelnen Fäden am Ausgang des Spulengatters (3) für die Zuführung der Seelenfäden angeordnet ist, wobei individuelle Fiihrungselemente (13) für jeden Seelenfaden am Ausgang dieser Spannungsregler vorgesehen sind;- eine Vereinigungsführung (12) für die elementaren Seelenfäden am Eingang der ersten Umwindungsspindel (8a) vorgesehen ist;- die Abzugsmittel (10) für den gebildeten umwundenen Faden, die in Transportrichtung hinter der zweiten Umwindungsspindel (8b) vorgesehen sind, von einem positiven Fournisseur gebildet werden.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlauf der Seelenfäden (1a,1b,1c,1d) im Inneren der Umwindungseinheit (16) auf perfekt geradlinige Weise realisiert ist, wobei der innere Durchmesser des Kanals der hohlen Umwindungsspindeln (8a,8b) derart ist, daß keine Reibung gegen die innere Wandung auftritt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Führungselemente (6a,6b), die aus Führungen oder Rollen mit beachtlichem Durchmesser (größer als 15 mm) bestehen und deren Oberflächenzustand derart ist, daß er die Qualität der Elementarfäden (1a,1b...) nicht angreift, zu beiden Seiten jedes Reglers (5a,5b...) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elementaren Seelenfäden (1a,1b,1c,1d), die aus den Spannungsreglern austreten, dem Umwindungsposten (16) in Form einer Schicht zugeführt werden, deren Arme zueinander und auf die Vereinigungsführung (12) zu konvergieren, welche am Eingang der ersten Umwindungsspindel (8a) angeordnet ist.
