- Eingabe der Identifikationsmerkmale und einer Auftragsart aus einer Vieizahl möglicher vordefinierter Standard-Aufträge oder eines individuellen Auftrages mittels der Eingabeeinheit, die mittels der Ausgabeeinheit angezeigt werden,
- eindeutige zugeordnete Abspeicherung der Eingaben in der Speichereinheit durch die Steuereinheit und
- Ausgabe eines Protokolls zur Bestätigung des eingegebenen Auftrages durch die Ausgabeeinheit.

Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zur automatischen Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit mindestens je einer Eingabe- (1; 2; 3) Ausgabe- (1; 6; 7) und Speichereinheit (5), die jeweils mindestens einer Steuereinheit (4) zugeordnet sind, wobeidie Eingabe- (1; 2; 3), Ausgabe- (1; 6; 7), Steuer- (4) und Speichereinheiten (5) so ausgebildet und einander zugeordnet sind, daß zwischen einem Benutzer und dem elektronischen System ein Dialog zur Erfassung von auftragsbezogenen Daten möglich ist undeine Bestätigung des im Dialog erteilten Auftrages mit der Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) erstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) der Vorrichtung zugeordnet ist, in die Gegenstände deponierbar oder aus der diese entnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) mit der Steuereinheit (4) verbunden ist, und von dieser verriegel- und entriegelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mechanische Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) von der Steuereinheit (4) so ansteuerbar ist, daß die Gegenstände nur dann deponiert oder entnommen werden können, wenn ein bestimmter Dialogzustand über die Steuereinheit (4) erreicht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein der Steuereinheit (4) und der mechanischen Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) zugeordneter Sensor (9) zur Ermittlung des Betriebszustandes der mechanischen Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) mindestens teilweise als Drucker (7) ausgebildet ist, mittels dessen eine schriftliche Bestätigung des Auftrages ausgebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eingabeeinheit (1; 2; 3) als Magnetstreifenleseeinrichtung (3) und/oder als Tastatur und/oder als Bildschirm, insbesondere als touch screen (1), und/oder als Mikrofon (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) als Bildschirm, vorzugsweise als touch screen (1) und/oder als akustische Ausgabeeinrichtung (6), vorzugsweise als Lautsprecher, ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Speicherung der zur akustischen Ein- und/oder Ausgabe dienenden Daten die Speichereinheit (5) als Halbleiterspeicher und/oder als Magnetband und/oder CD-ROM ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halbleiterspeicher als austauschbarer EPROM oder EEPROM ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche Überwachungseinrichtung für das System vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Steuereinheit (4) zugeordnete elektronische Übertragungseinrichtung zur Übermittlung von Daten von den Speichereinheiten (5) zu einer Datenverarbeitungsanlage vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zur automatischen Bearbeitung von Serviceaufträgen, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mittels einer Vorrichtung, umfassend mindestens je eine Eingabe(1; 2; 3), Ausgabe- (1; 6; 7) und Speichereinheit (5), die jeweils mindestens einer Steuereinheit (4) zugeordnet sind, umfassend folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Betätigung der Eingabeeinheit (1; 2; 3) zur Überführung der Vorrichtung von einem Bereitschafts- in einen Dialogmodus,b) Aufforderung zur Eingabe von Identitätsmerkmalen durch die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7),c) Eingabe der Identifikationsmerkmale und einer Auftragsart aus einer Vielzahl möglicher vordefinierter Standard-Aufträge oder eines individuellen Auftrages mittels der Eingabeeinheit (1; 2; 3), die mittels der Ausgabeeinheit (1;6;7) angezeigt werden,d) eindeutige zugeordnete Abspeicherung der Eingaben in der Speichereinheit (5) durch die Steuereinheit (4) unde) Ausgabe eines Protokolls zur Bestätigung des eingegebenen Auftrages durch die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach jeder Eingabe von Daten oder jeder Gruppe von Eingaben von Daten, diese mittels der Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7) dargestellt werden und zur Bestätigung oder zum Widerruf der Eingaben aufgefordert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Eingabe von Identitätsmerkmalen, die im Widerspruch zu in der Speichereinheit (5) vorab abgelegten Identitätsmerkmalen stehen, der Dialogmodus abgebrochen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels einer der Vorrichtung zusätzlich zugeordneten Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) in Abhängigkeit eines Dialogzustandes Gegenstände in der Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) deponiert oder aus dieser entnommen werden können.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch folgende weitere Verfahrensschritte noch Bearbeitung der Serviceaufträge:f) Betätigung der Eingabeeinheit (1; 2; 3) zur Überführung der Vorrichtung von einem Bereitschafts- in einen Dialogmodus,g) Aufforderung zur Eingabe von Identifikationsmerkmalen durch die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6; 7),i) Eingabe der Identifikationsmerkmale,k) automatische Entriegelung der Aufbewahrungseinheit (8) zur Entnahme von in dieser deponierten Gegenständen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden zusätzlichen Verfahrensschritte nach Verfahrensschritt i):Aufforderung zur bargeldlosen Zahlung eines angezeigten Geldbetrages durch die Ausgabeeinheit (1; 6. 7) und bargeldlose Zahlung des Geldbetrages über eine Magnetstreifenleseeinrichtung (3).
- Verfahren noch einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufforderung zur Eingabe von Daten, die Identifikationsmerkmale und/oder die Auftragsart akustisch eingegeben und/oder ausgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einzelne Identifikationsmerkmale als auf einem Magnetstreifen gespeicherte Daten eingegeben worden.
