Claims (15)
- Anordnung zum Erfassen und Auswerten von Zeit- und Betriebsdaten, umfassend:eine Identifikationskarte (1) für jeden Mitarbeiter,eine Anzahl von tragbaren Handgeräten (2, 2') mit jeweils einer Lesevorrichtung (7) für die Identifikationskarten (1), mit einer Uhr, mit einem Datenspeicher für Informationen, wie Namen, Kostenstellen, Projektnummern und dergleichen, sowie mit Mitteln zur Datenverarbeitung, welche die von den Identifikationskarten (1) gelesenen Daten mit der Uhrzeit und mit gespeicherten Daten zu Ereignisdatensätzen verknüpfen und abspeichern,eine Anzahl von Terminals (3, 3') mit einer bidirektionalen Schnittstelle (11, 11'), über welche ein Datenaustausch zwischen einem Terminal (3, 3') und einem Handgerät (2, 2') stattfinden kann,sowie eine Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6), die mittels Datenleitungen (4) ortsfest mit den Terminals (3, 3') verbunden ist,daß die in einem Handgerät (2) beim Lesen einer Identifikationskarte (1) gebildeten und abgespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze beim Verbinden des Handgeräts (2) mit einem der Terminals (3) in dieses kopiert und dort zwischengespeichert werden,daß die Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) auf alle in den Terminals (3, 3') zwischengespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze zugreift und diese zentral auswertet,daß die Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) korrekt und vollständig ausgewertete Ereignisdatensätze mit einem Freigabevermerk versieht und an alle Terminals (3, 3') ausgibt,und daß die in den Handgeräten (2, 2') gespeicherten Ereignisdatensätze erst dann zum Löschen freigegeben werden, wenn das jeweilige Handgerät (2) beim Verbinden mit einem der Terminals (3) einen Freigabevermerk für den entsprechenden Ereignisdatensatz erhält.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgeräte (2, 2') so ausgebildet sind, daß jeder in einem Handgerät (2, 2') gebildete Ereignisdatensatz mit einer einmaligen Ereignisnummer versehen und zusammen mit dieser abgespeichert wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Identifikationskarten (1) einen Datenspeicher enthalten, in welchen zumindest teilweise die im Handgerät (2) beim Einlesen gebildeten Ereignisdatensätze kopiert werden.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgeräte (2, 2'), die Terminals (3, 3') und die Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) so ausgebildet sind, daß beim Datenaustausch zwischen einem Handgerät (2) und einem der Terminals (3) Informationen, wie Personaldatensätze, Kostenstellendatensätze, Projektinformationen und dergleichen, in den Datenspeicher des Handgeräts (2) geschrieben werden.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgeräte (2, 2') jeweils ein Display (8) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Einlesen einer Identifikationskarte (1) ausgewählte Informationen aus dem Datenspeicher und/oder der Identifikationskarte (1) auf dem Display (8) eines Handgeräts (2, 2') anzeigbar sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgeräte (2, 2') jeweils eine Tastatur (9) zur Eingabe von Ereignisdaten aufweisen, wobei die im Handgerät (2, 2') vorhandenen Mittel zur Datenverarbeitung so ausgebildet sind, daß die von den Identifikationskarten (1) gelesenen Daten mit der Uhrzeit, mit gespeicherten Daten und mit über die Tastatur (9) eingegebenen Daten zu Ereignisdatensätzen verknüpft werden können.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenspeicher der Handgeräte (2, 2') Daten enthalten, die den einzelnen Identifikationskarten (1) verschiedene Zugriffsberechtigungen zuordnen.
- Anordnung nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Handgerät (2, 2') vorhandenen Mittel zur Datenverarbeitung so ausgebildet sind, daß die Verknüpfung mit über die Tastatur (9) eingegebenen Daten nur dann erfolgt, wenn der Identifikationskarte (1) eine entsprechende Zugriffsberechtigung zugeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Handgeräte (2, 2') und die Terminals (3, 3') mit Mitteln versehen sind, über welche ein kontaktfreier Datenaustausch erfolgen kann.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine Anzahl von Maschinenterminals (12) mit jeweils einer bidirektionalen Schnittstelle (13), an welche ein Handgerät (2') vorübergehend anschließbar ist und über welche ein Datenaustausch zwischen dem Maschinenterminal (12) und dem Handgerät (2') stattfinden kann, sowie mit einer weiteren bidirektionalen Schnittstelle (14) zum Datenaustausch mit einer Maschine oder einem Fahrzeug vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschinenterminals (12) jeweils fest mit einem Fahrzeug oder einer Maschine verbunden und so ausgebildet sind, daß die Maschine oder das Fahrzeug nur dann betrieben werden kann, wenn ein Handgerät (2') mit dem Maschinenterminal (12) verbunden, eine Identifikationskarte (1) in das Handgerät (2') eingesteckt und der Betrieb der Maschine oder des Fahrzeugs durch die Identifikationskarte (1) autorisiert ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschinenterminals (12) Informationen, wie Betriebszeiten, Betriebsdaten, Materialverbrauch und dergleichen, über die bidirektionale Schnittstelle (13) an das jeweils angeschlossene Handgerät (2') ausgeben und die im Handgerät (2') vorhandenen Mittel zur Datenverarbeitung so ausgebildet sind, daß die von den Maschinenterminals (12) erhaltenen Daten mit den von einer Identifikationskarte (1) gelesenen Daten, mit der Uhrzeit, mit gespeicherten Daten und gegebenenfalls mit über die Tastatur (9) eingegebenen Daten zu Ereignisdatensätzen verknüpft werden können.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 und einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum kontaktfreien Datenaustausch die Maschinenterminals (12) umfassen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Datenverarbeitungsanlage (5, 6) aus einem mit sämtlichen Terminals (3, 3') über ein Netz (4) verbundenen Netzserver (5) und mindestens einem Auswertecomputer (6) besteht.
