Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Aufspulvorrichtung zum Aufspulen eines kontinuierlich anlaufenden Fadens zu einer Spule. Hierbei wird die Spule (17) auf einem angetriebenen, an einem Spindelträger (11) auskragend gelagerten Spulenhalter (14) gebildet. Am Umfang der Spule liegt eine Andrückwalze (5) mit einer Anlagekraft an. Die Andrückwalze ist an einem Walzenträger (8) gelagert. Während der Spulreise kann sich der Achsabstand zwischen der Spule (17) und der Andrückwalze (5) durch eine Ausweichbewegung des Walzenträgers (8) oder durch eine Ausweichbewegung des Spindelträgers (11) in Abhängigkeit vom wachsenden Spulendurchmesser vergrößern. Die Bewegung wird hierbei erfindungsgemäß durch mehrere hintereinander folgende impulsartige Klemmungen des Trägers (8) unstetig ausgeführt.
