- the well-known Device has a winding turret with two winding spindles, by rotating the winding turret alternately into the winding area and brought into an exchange area, in which The full coils are pushed off on the one hand and then the empty tubes are pushed onto the unloaded winding spindle.
- the two winding spindles are clearly differentiated the winding spindle located in the winding area as the operating spindle and the winding spindle in the changing area called rest spindle.
- the object of the invention is now the known method for Reel change in accordance with the preamble of the claim to further develop that the spool change no longer after one Rigid flowchart is more flexible and with one to the adapted to change thread takes place so that the with the automatic operator (doffer) entrusted with changing the bobbin only as short as possible at the take-up point.
- the task is in a generic method by Characteristic of claim 1 solved.
- the measure according to the invention is used for changing the bobbin a margin for the coordination between the individual winding heads and the doffer performing the bobbin change, so that the operator control no longer than absolutely necessary on the respective winding unit is held.
- the course of the The bobbin change is now carried out by the machine or Doffer control set and is specified by the claim 2 Parameters dependent. The initiation of the spool change takes place depending on the availability of the doffer at the the bobbin signaling the bobbin change.
- the start of the change range is determined by that the rest spindle their change position at the earliest with the Retract the operating spindle into the winding position at the beginning a new winding trip reached, but possibly one for the Initiation of the movements more usable, less time Scope can be beneficial.
- the beginning of the change range by one Rotation angle of 180 ° behind the turret at the beginning of the Winding process.
