Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines flächigen Druckes auf einen Kunststoffschlauch, der nach dem Bedrucken durch Schrumpfen gekranzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flächige Druck symmetrisch zu der Mittellinie in Längsrichtung des flachgelegten, ein langgestrecktes rechteckförmiges Band bildenden Schlauches vor dem Kranzen aufgedruckt wird, daß der flächige Druck entlang der Mittellinie in Abhängigkeit von der Kranzgeometrie und dem Schrumpfverhalten des Schlauches vorverzerrt wird, und daß die Vorverzerrung gleich groß wie der beim Kranzen infolge der Schrumpfung auftretende Betrag der Schlauchverzerrung gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Vorverzerrung des flächigen Druckes ein Verzerrfaktor einem nach dem Kranzen des Schlauches vorgegebenen Endmaß einer Strecke hinzugezählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verzerrfaktor mit wachsendem Kranzinnendurchmesser, bei konstantem Kranzkaliber des gekrümmten Schlauches abnimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verzerrfaktor des Druckes entlang der Mittellinie des Schlauches positiv ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verzerrfaktor für 24 bis 5 cm Kranzinnendurchmesser 5 bis 30 Prozent der Länge der Mittellinie des Druckes nach dem Schrumpfen des Schlauches beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verzerrfaktor gemäß der Formel (Kranzkaliber/Kranzinnendurchmesser plus 2 x Kranzkaliber) • 100 % gewählt wird.
- Gekranzter Schlauch, bedruckt nach dem Verfahren gemäß den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der flächige Druck auf dem mit einem Nahrungsmittel gefüllten, gekranzten Schlauch entlang der Längsrichtung des Schlauches gleich lang wie die Länge des nicht vorverzerrten Druckbildes entlang der Mittellinie des Schlauches vor dem Kranzen ist.
- Gekranzter Schlauch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kranzkaliber im Bereich von 24 bis 64 mm liegt.
- Gekranzter Schlauch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kranzinnendruchmesser 5 bis 24 cm beträgt.
- Gekranzter Schlauch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlauchmaterial eine thermisch schrumpfbare ein- oder mehrschichtige Schlauchhülle insbesondere auf der Basis von Cellulosehydrat, regenerierter Cellulose, nicht-derivatisierter Cellulose, Polyamid, Polyester und/oder Polyolefinen ist.
- Gekranzter Schlauch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck eine Wort-Bild Kombination, ein Text, ein Bar-Code, ein Logo, ein Warenzeichen, ein Bild, ein Wort, ein Label oder eine sonstige Kennzeichnung ist.
- Verwendung eines gekranzten Schlauches nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 als Nahrungsmittelhülle, insbesondere als Wursthülle.
