- the advantage of the invention is that the spray tubes and distribution modules or a Locking module can be assembled individually or in groups with little effort or are removable.
- a cleaning device should use the example of one in one Housing 2 mounted washing roller as a cleaning system 4 explained in more detail will.
- the device is in a printing unit a cylinder 1, e.g. one Printing cylinder, assigned to an offset printing machine, the housing 2 has an approximately rectangular cross section and extends over the full width of the cylinder 1 extends. Facing the cylinder surface to be cleaned the housing 2 has an opening through which the cleaning system 4 (Washer roller) can be brought into contact with the cylinder 1.
- the housing 2 takes the rotatable washing roller, e.g. a washing brush, with the wave of Washer roller is technically coupled with its own drive.
- the housing 2 has a recess 10 (alternatively, there is other free space possible) in the at least openings 8 of spray pipes 3, 6 as supply lines protrude so that wetting of the cleaning system 4 (Washing brush) can be done.
- the length is the first Spray tube 3 for the cleaning fluid water and the second spray tube 6 for the cleaning fluid detergent is releasably arranged outside on the housing 2.
- the Spray tubes 3 and 6 have a plurality of small openings 8, preferably ⁇ 1 mm in diameter, which e.g. at certain intervals at a distance of 10 mm to each other, distributed over the width of the cleaning system 4 and on this are directed.
- the spray tubes 3 and 6 are made of Cr-Ni steel or polyamide executed and are with supply lines 12 (for the cleaning fluid water) and 11 (for the cleaning fluid detergent) coupled via supply pumps.
- the openings 8 are preferably, preferably with a diameter of ⁇ 1 mm by grooving (for polyamide) or laser processing (for Cr-Ni steel) introduced into the spray tubes 3, 6. Alternatively, the openings 8 are also as small slots can be made.
