Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Krümmung von Lagenmaterial, insbesondere Papier, mit einem im wesentlichen stationären Grundgestell (6) und einer eine Laufrichtung (4) sowie im Querschnitt eine Laufebene (5) bestimmenden Laufbahn, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erste und zweite Leitflächen (15, 16) für das Lagenmaterial (3) vorgesehen sind, daß insbesondere die erste als Richtfläche (16) und/oder die zweite als Umlenkfläche (15) vorgesehen ist, wobei im Arbeitsbetrieb die Leitflächen (15, 16) durch das durchlaufende Lagenmaterial unmittelbar miteinander verbunden sind, und daß vorzugsweise die Leitflächen (15, 16) zur Bildung eines veränderlichen Durchlaßspaltes (20) für das Lagenmaterial (3) gegeneinander verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkfläche (15) gegenüber dem Grundgestell (6) und der Richtfläche (16) verstellbar ist, daß insbesondere die Leitflächen (15, 16) um mindestens eine zur Laufebene (5) etwa parallele Stellachse (25) gegeneinander verstellbar sind und daß vorzugsweise beide Leitflächen (15, 16) um gesonderte Stellachsen (25, 46) schwenkbar sind, welche an voneinander abgekehrten Seiten einer Spalteebene (10) des Durchlaßspaltes (20) liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitflächen (15, 16) zur Veränderung des Umschlingungswinkels an mindestens einer der Leitflächen (15, 16) mit einer Stellvorrichtung (30) gegeneinander verstellbar sind, daß insbesondere die Leitflächen (15, 16) zur Veränderung der Spaltweite des Durchlaßspaltes (20) verstellbar sind, und daß vorzugsweise die Leitflächen (15, 16) zum im wesentlichen geradlinigen sowie berührungsfreien Durchlaß des Lagenmateriales (3) einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Leitflächen (15, 15', 16) zur Anlage an voneinander abgekehrten Lagenseiten des Lagenmateriales (3) vorgesehen ist, daß insbesondere mindestens eine der Leitflächen durch gesonderte, beiderseits der Laufbahn liegende Einzelflächen (15, 15' bzw. 16) gebildet ist, und daß vorzugsweise zwei im Abstand voneinander liegende Umlenk-Einzelflächen (15, 15') gemeinsam gegenüber der Richtfläche (16) verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Nähe des Durchlaßspaltes (20) eine Einrichtung zur Partikelentfernung, wie eine Absaugung (19), vorgesehen ist, daß insbesondere die Einrichtung (19) eine an den Durchlaßspalt (20) angrenzende, schlitzförmige Aufnahmeöffnung (50) für die Partikel umfaßt, und daß vorzugsweise eine Saugöffnung (50) mit der Richtfläche (16) sowie unabhängig von der Umlenkfläche (15, 15') verstellbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Richtfläche (16) bildender Richtkörper (18) im wesentlichen über seine Länge auswechselbar an einer Tragstange (37) befestigt ist, daß insbesondere die Tragstange (37) ein flach rechteckiges Hohlprofil ist, und daß vorzugsweise die Tragstange (37) im Inneren einen Förderkanal (51) aufweist, welcher eine Wandung der Tragstange (37) sowie den an dieser Wandung anliegenden Richtkörper (18) durchsetzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtfläche (16) durch eine von Winkelflächen flankierte Kante gebildet ist, daß insbesondere vier von vier Winkelflächen flankierte gesonderte Richtflächen (16) fest miteinander verbunden eine Montageeinheit bilden und wahlweise durch Wenden von einer Ruhelage in eine Arbeitslage überführbar sind, und daß vorzugsweise die Umlenkung (15, 15') in eine Tangentiallage gegenüber einer der Winkelflächen (21) einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Richtfläche (16) bildender Richtkörper (18) ohne Entfernung weiterer Leitflächen (15, 15', 16) radial aus der Vorrichtung (1) ausbaubar ist, daß insbesondere die Tragstange (37) gemeinsam mit dem Richtkörper (18) radial ausbaubar ist, und daß vorzugsweise im Bereich der Enden des Richtkörpers (18) Lagerflansche (38) vorgesehen sind, welche an Gegenflanschen (38', 48) des Grundgestells (6) um die Stellachse (46) verstellbar sowie leicht lösbar befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtfläche (16) gegenüber der Umlenkfläche (15, 15') schrägstellbar ist, daß insbesondere ein erstes Ende der Richtfläche (16) im wesentlichen um die Stellachse (25) der Umlenkfläche (15, 15') schwenkbar ist, und daß vorzugsweise zweite Enden zweier einander gegenüberliegender Einzel-Richtflächen (16) gemeinsam um eine zu deren Längsrichtung im wesentlichen rechtwinklig querliegende Lenkachse (45) verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Leitflächen (15, 16) mit einer Stellvorrichtung (30) während des Arbeitsbetriebes motorisch verstellbar ist, daß insbesondere die Stellvorrichtung (30) einen quer zur Laufebene (5) angeordneten Drehmotor (31) umfaßt, und daß vorzugsweise die Stellvorrichtung (30) ein Getriebe (32), wie ein unmittelbar am Drehmotor (31) angeflanschtes Winkelgetriebe, mit einer Getriebe-Abtriebswelle umfaßt, welche in der Stellachse (25) der Umlenkfläche (15, 15') und axial unmittelbar benachbart zur Umlenkfläche liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl gesonderter Laufbahnen mit gesonderten Einzel-Richtvorrichtungen (1) für gesonderte Lagenmaterialien (3) nebeneinander in einer Richtstation (2) angeordnet sind, daß insbesondere stromaufwärts der Richtstation (2) in Laufrichtung hintereinander liegende gesonderte Zuführ-Umlenkungen (8) zur aufeinanderfolgenden Abzweigung des jeweiligen Lagenmateriales (3) aus einer mehrlagigen Materialbahn (7) vorgesehen sind, und daß vorzugsweise stromabwärts der Richtstation (2) in Laufrichtung hintereinander Sammelumlenkungen (11) zur mehrlagigen Zusammenführung der in den Durchlaßspalten (20) bearbeiteten Lagenmaterialien (3) vorgesehen sind.
