Claims (16)
- Kennzeichnungssystem zur Kennzeichnung von elektrischen Leitern oder dergleichen, enthaltend eine Markierungshülse (1), die aus zwei Teilkonturen (2, 4) besteht, von denendie erste Teilkontur (4) maßlich auf den Leiter abgestimmt ist und diesen klemmend in sich aufnimmt, unddie zweite Teilkontur (2) ein Markierungsschild (7) einsteckbar aufnimmt, wozu die zweite Teilkontur (2) passend zu den Abmessungen des Markierungsschildes (7) einen in seinem Querschnitt im wesentlichen gleichmäßig ausgebildeten Einsteckkanal (6) aufweist,
das Markierungsschild (7) zumindestens in einem Teilbereich seiner Längserstreckung eine Vergrößerung (8) seines Querschnittes derart aufweist, daß es beim Einstecken den Einsteckkanal (6) lokal aufweitet und in dem Einsteckkanal (6) an dem vergrößerten Querschnitt gehalten ist. - Kennzeichnungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungshülse (1) zumindestens im Bereich des Einsteckkanales (6) aus einem elastisch einfach verformbaren Material, vorzugsweise EPDM, besteht.
- Kennzeichnungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) entlang des Teilbereiches des Markierungsschildes (7) veränderlich ausgebildet ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) in einem ersten Abschnitt vom maßlich unveränderten Querschnitt zu einem Maximalwert (12) stetig zunimmt, um entlang eines weiteren, benachbarten Abschnittes wieder stetig auf den maßlich unveränderten Querschnitt abzunehmen.
- Kennzeichnungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) derart gestaltet ist, daß abhängig von der Verformbarkeit des Einsteckkanales (6) das Markierungsschild (7) leichtgängig einsteckbar ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem gemäß Anspruch 1, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) an den in bestimmungsgemäßer Lage zu dem Einsteckkanal (6) parallelen Kanten des Markierungsschildes (7) angeordnet ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) in einem mittleren Bereich der Längserstreckung des Markierungsschildes (7) angeordnet ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem das Markierungsschild (7) aufnehmenden Einsteckkanal (6) eine zur Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) des Markierungsschildes passende Innenform vorgesehen ist, die in bestimmungsgemäß eingestecktem Zustand des Markierungsschildes (7) die Querschnittsvergrößerung (8) aufnimmt.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilkonturen (2, 4) der Markierungshülse (1) in sich geschlossen sind.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsteckkanal (6) bzw. die zweite Teilkontur (2) der Markierungshülse (1) zumindestens in Ableserichtung des Kennzeichnungssystems transparent ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungshülse (1) aus zwei Materialkomponenten besteht, wobei die eine Komponente einen transparenten Bereich (16) für die Sichtbarkeit des Markierungsschildes (7) bildet und die andere Komponente einfärbende Brandschutzbestandteile beinhaltet.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialhülse (1) bis zu 20 Prozent aus der transparenten Komponente besteht.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die eingefärbte Komponente mit den Brandschutzbestandteilen halogenfrei gehalten ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfärbung der Komponente mit den Brandschutzbestandteilen auf die Farbe des zu kennzeichnenden Leiters abgestimmt ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungshülse (1) aus einer gemeinsamen Extrusion der beiden Komponenten gebildet ist.
- Kennzeichnungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Komponenten aus TPE bestehen.
