Claims (9)
- Fertigblocksystem für Drahtwalzwerke, bestehend in Reihe hintereinander angeordneten Einzelwalzgerüsten mit Walzen- oder Walzringpaaren und diesen zugeordneten Anstellvorrichtungen und Walzarmaturen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jedes der Einzelwalzgerüste (1-10) ein eigenes elektrisches oder hydraulisches Antriebsaggregat (11-20) aufweist und diese Antriebsaggregate von einer gemeinsamen Prozesssteuereinrichtung (102) separat ansteuer- und regelbar sind. - Fertigblocksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass jedem Antriebsaggregat (11-20) eine separate Antriebsregelvorrichtung (41-50) vorgeordnet ist. - Fertigblocksystem nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Regelvorrichtung (41-50) eine Drehzahlregelung auf weist. - Fertigblocksystem nach den Ansprüchen 2 und/oder 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
zwischen Antriebsaggregat (11-20) und Einzelwalzgerüst (1-10) angeordnete hydraulische oder mechanische Über- bzw. Untersetzungsgetriebe (21-30). - Fertigblocksystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass eine Gruppe von zwei oder mehr Einzelwalzgerüsten ein gemeinsames Antriebsaggregat, mit zwischengeschalteten Getrieben aufweist. - Fertigblocksystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die den Einzelwalzgerüsten (1-10) zugeordneten Anstellvorrichtungen über die Prozesssteuereinrichtung (102) einzeln oder gemeinsam ansteuerbar sind. - Fertigblocksystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass einzelne oder Gruppen der Einzelwalzgerüste (1-10) von ihren Antriebsaggregaten (11-20) abschaltbar sind. - Fertigblocksystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vorgabe der Referenzwerte für die jeweilige Drehzahl der Antriebsaggregate (11-20) der Einzelwalzgerüste (1-10) und deren Walzspaltanstellung der Prozesssteuereinrichtung (102) manuell eingegeben werden. - Fertigblocksystem nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Vorgabe der Referenzwerte in die Prozesssteuereinrichtung (102) von einem Prozessrechner (101) bewirkt wird, der technologische Vorgaben, wie Werkstoffart, maximale Umformwerte dieses Werkstoffs, die Gerüstkonstanten, Einlauf- und Auslaufquerschnitt, Einlauftemperatur, verfügbare Walzensätze, Losgrößen sowie Code-Nummern und Abdrehmaße der Walzen auswertet.
