Description
Claims (17)
- Adapter (2) für eine zur Speisung von Leuchten vorgesehene, isoliert angeordnete Stromleiter (25) aufweisende Stromschiene (1), mit einem an der Stromschiene (1) montierbaren Gehäuse (3) sowie mit elektrischen Kontaktelementen (26), die im an der Stromschiene (1) montierten Zustand des Gehäuses (3) die Stromleiter (25) durch Öffnungen (21) kontaktieren, wobei das Gehäuse (3) zwei im montierten Zustand um die Stromschiene (1) herum lösbar geschlossene Gehäuseteile (4, 5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseteile (4, 5) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind, und daß die Kontaktelemente (26) an nur einem der Gehäuseteile (4), an einer Seite der Stromschiene (1), angeordnet sind.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkig verbundenen Gehäuseteile (4, 5) aus Metall bestehen.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gelenkig verbundenen Gehäuseteile (4, 5) im geschlossenen Zustand miteinander federnd verrastet sind.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem einen der Gehäuseteile (4) eine nischenförmige Ausnehmung (32) vorgesehen ist, in der ein die Kontaktelemente (26) aufweisendes Kontaktstück (27) angeordnet ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Boden der nischenförmigen Ausnehmung (32) und dem Kontaktstück (27) ein das Kontaktstück (27) gegen die Stromschiene (1) drückendes Federelement (19) vorgesehen ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 5 und Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (19) einen sich im montierten Zustand über die Stromschiene (1) hinweg erstreckenden Federarm (35) mit einem Rastvorsprung (18) aufweist, der in eine Rastvertiefung (17) des anderen Gehäuseteils (5) einrastet.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Federelement (19) ein einstückiger Stanzteil mit abgebogenen Federarmen (35, 36) ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontaktstück (27) ein Kunststoffkörper ist, in dem als Kontaktelemente (26) abgewinkelte Kontaktfahnen angebracht sind, die mit Anschlußkabeln (30, 31) verbunden sind.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur einer der gelenkig verbundenen Gehäuseteile (4) mit einer Bohrung (44, 45) zur Durchführung von Anschlußkabeln (30, 31) versehen ist.
- Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eine Gehäuseteil (4) einen sich im montierten Zustand unterhalb der Stromschiene (1) erstreckenden Basisteil (6) aufweist, an dem der andere Gehäuseteil (5) mittels eines Stiftes (7) angelenkt ist.
- Adapter nach Anspruch 9 und Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisteil (6) die Bohrung (44, 45) zur Anschlußkabel-Durchführung aufweist.
- Stromschiene (1) zur Verwendung mit einem Adapter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch ein im wesentlichen ovales Außenprofil sowie an nur einer Längsseite vorgesehene Längsnuten (20), in denen die Stromleiter (25) mit Hilfe von Isolierprofilen (22) gehalten sind, die eine sich längserstrekkende schlitzförmige Öffnung (24) aufweisen.
- Stromschiene nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsnuten (20) durch im Querschnitt kreissektorförmige Ausnehmungen (21) in der Stromschiene (1) gebildet sind.
- Stromschiene nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder der Ausnehmungen (21) ein Isolierprofil (22) angeordnet ist, welches sich an der Innenwand der Ausnehmungen (21) an zumindest drei Berührungsstellen (-linien) (23) abstützt und einen Schlitz (24) zur Aufnahme des jeweiligen Stromleiters (25) bzw. zu dessen Kontaktierung aufweist.
- Stromschiene nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der anderen Längsseite der Stromschiene (1) eine Profilnut (47) zur Aufnahme eines Kupplungsstückes (50) aus Isoliermaterial zur Längsverbindung zweier Stromschienen vorgesehen ist.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung für Stromschienen nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in die Profilnut (47) der Stromschiene(n) (1) einschiebbare Kupplungsstück (50) beidseitig von einem mittigen Isolierteil (49) absteht, dessen Form im wesentlichen an die Außenkontur der Stromschiene(n) (1) angepaßt ist, und von welchem weiters an der anderen Längsseite beidseitig Profilstege (52, 53) ausgehen, die einen zu den Längsnuten (20) der Stromschiene(n) (1) ausgerichteten Schlitz (54, 55) aufweisen, wobei der Isolierteil (49) mit einer mittigen Ausnehmung (56) zwischen den beiden Profilstegen (52, 53) zur Aufnahme eines Einschubteils (57) aus Isoliermaterial versehen ist, an welchem Kontaktschienen (58, 59) zum Einschieben in die Schlitze (54, 55) der Profilstege (52, 53) angeordnet sind.
- Kupplungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsstück (50) einen Schlitz (51) aufweist, in den der Einschubteil (57) mit einer Kontaktschiene (60) einschiebbar ist.
