Claims (5)
- Riegelzapfen für einen Verriegelungsbeschlag zwischen einem festen Rahmen und einem relativ zu diesem bewegbaren Flügel eines Fensters, einer Tür od. dgl., mit einem Fußteil (1) sowie einem relativ dazu um eine Gewindeachse (7) einer Gewindeverbindung drehbaren und in Richtung der Gewindeachse (7) zustellbaren Kopfteil (11), wobei die Gewindeverbindung einen mit einem Außengewinde (6) versehenen Stellbolzen (3) an dem einen teil (1) und eine mit einem dem Außengewinde (6) des Stellbolzens (3) zugeordneten Innengewinde (14) versehene Stellhülse (35) an dem anderen Teil (11) des Riegelzapfens umfaßt und an dem Stellbolzen (3) sowie an der Stellhülse (35) wenigstens ein in axialer Richtung auf das Außen- (6) bzw. das Innengewinde (14) folgender und jeweils zumindest eine Drehsicherungsfläche (8, 16) aufweisender axialer Drehsicherungsabschnitt (4, 15) vorgesehen ist und wobei der Durchmesser des Drehsicherungsabschnitts (15) an der Stellhülse (35) den Durchmesser des an letzterer vorgesehenen Innengewindes (14) übersteigt und das Kopfteil (11) sowie das Fußteil (1) des Riegelzapfens über die einander radial gegenüberliegenden Drehsicherungsflächen (8, 16) der axialen Drehsicherungsabschnitte (4, 15) von Stellbolzen (3) und Stellhülse (35) in Drehrichtung lösbar aneinander gehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kopfteil (11) und das Fußteil (1) des Riegelzapfens über die einander zugeordneten Drehsicherungsflächen (8, 16) von Stellbolzen (3) und Stellhülse (35) in Drehrichtung reibschlüssig lösbar aneinander gehalten sind, wobei die reibschlüssig lösbare Verbindung zwischen den einander zugeordneten Drehsicherungsflächen (8, 16) durch Verformung des Drehsicherungsabschnitts (15) der Stellhülse (35) hergestellt ist und wobei die Wandstärke der Stellhülse (35) im Bereich des Drehsicherungsabschnitts (15) an der Stellhülse (35) reduziert ist und der Durchmesser des Drehsicherungsabschnitts (4) an dem Stellbolzen (3) den Durchmesser des an letzterem vorgesehenen Außengewindes (6) entsprechend der Vergrößerung des Durchmessers des Drehsicherungsabschnitts (15) gegenüber dem Durchmesser des Innengewindes (14) an der Stellhülse (35) übersteigt.
- Riegelzapfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die reibschlüssig lösbare Verbindung zwischen den einander zugeordneten Drehsicherungsflächen (8, 16) durch prägende Verformung der Stellhülse (35) im Bereich ihres Drehsicherungsabschnitts (15) hergestellt ist.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axiale Drehsicherungsabschnitt (4) des Stellbolzens (3) als glattwandiger Zylinderabschnitt und/oder der axiale Drehsicherungsabschnitt (15) der Stellhülse (35) als glattwandiger Hohlzylinderabschnitt ausgebildet ist.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellhülse (35) an dem Kopfteil (11) des Riegelzapfens vorgesehen und durch eine Durchgangsbohrung (12) mit dem Innengewinde (14) und dem an dessen dem Fußteil (1) zugewandter Seite liegenden Drehsicherungsabschnitt (15) gebildet ist und daß das Kopfteil (11) des Riegelzapfens einen Eingriff (18) für ein Drehbetätigungswerkzeug (28) aufweist, der radial außerhalb einer dem Fußteil (1) abgewandten Mündung der Durchgangsbohrung (12) liegt.
- Riegelzapfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eingriff (18) für das Drehbetätigungswerkzeug (28) in einer von dem Fußteil (1) des Riegelzapfens abliegenden Stirnfläche des Kopfteils (11) vorgesehen ist.
