Claims (6)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse für eine Brennkraftmaschine,mit einer in einem Düsenkörper (2) in einer Führung (3) hubbeweglich gegen eine außermittig wirkende Schließfeder (4) angeordnete Düsennadel (5) mit einer Spitze (6), diemit einem im führungsfernen Endbereich (7) einer die Düsennadel (5) abschnittsweise mit Abstand umschließenden Kraftstoff-Zulaufbohrung (8) angeordneten Ventilsitz (9) zusammenwirkt zur Steuerung von über den Umfang des Ventilsitzes (9) verteilt angeordneten Spritzlöchern (10, 10', 10"), über dieeine Vor- und Haupt-Einspritzung mittels der entgegen der Kraftstoff-Strömungsrichtung gegen die Schließfederkraft betätigten Düsennadel (5) bewirkt ist,daß die Führung (3) der Düsennadel (5) im Düsenkörper (2) in Richtung der durch die Achse (5') der Düsennadel (5) und die Achse (4') der außermittigen Schließfeder (4) festgelegten Ebene jeweils mit einem solch großen Spiel gewählt ist,daß die Düsennadel (5) mit beginnender Hubbewegung mit ihrer Spitze (6) über die außermittig wirkende Schließfederkraft seitlich versetzt in eine zumindest ein Spritzloch (10, 10', 10") verschließende Anlage am Ventilsitz (9) gesteuert ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (3) in der Ebene der Desaxierung der Düsennadel (5) und einer Schließfeder (4) über diametral vergrößerte Führungsspiele einen Oval- oder Ellipsen-Querschnitt (11) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führung (3) in Düsennadel-Hubrichtung schließfederseitig und ventilsitzseitig jeweils einen Oval- oder Ellipsen-Querschnitt (11, 11') aufweist, dieüber einen kurzen zylindrischen Abschnitt (12) mit Verrundungen miteinander in Verbindung stehen.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Führung (3) in Düsennadel-Hubrichtung schließfederseitig einen zylindrischen Querschnitt (13) aufweist, dersich ventilsitzseitig zu einem Oval- oder Ellipsen-Querschnitt (14, 14') erweitert.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Anlage der Düsennadel (5) am Ventilsitz (9) ein oder mehrere Spritzlöcher (10', 10") in Düsennadel-Hubrichtung oder mehrere Spritzlöcher (10) am Umfang ungleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzdüse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Oval- oder Ellipsen-Querschnitt (11) mittels Quetschung des Düsenkörpers (2) geformt ist.
