Claims (10)
- Ballenpresse (1), insbesondere für das Pressen von Altpapier, Altkartonagen und dergleichen Reststoffen, bestehend aus einem durch zwei Seitenwände (11, 12), eine Rückwand (15), einen Boden (14) und eine Frontwand (13) begrenztem Preßraum (10) und aus einem im Preßraum (10) vertikal verfahrbaren Preßschild (2), wobei die Frontwand (13) in ihrem oberen Teil eine Einfüllöffnung (13'), die durch eine erste, mehrteilige und verschieb- und verschwenkbare Tür (3) verschließbar ist, und in ihrem unteren Teil eine Ballenentnahmeöffnung, die durch eine zweite Tür (4) verschließbar ist, aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Tür (3) einen oberen, nur vertikal verschiebbaren Türteil (31) und einen damit verbundenen, zusammen mit dem oberen Türteil (31) vertikal verschiebbaren sowie zusätzlich um eine horizontale Achse (30) verschwenkbaren unteren Türteil (32) aufweist, wobei die horizontale Achse (30) entlang der Oberkante des unteren Türteils (32) und der damit verbundenen Unterkante des oberen Türteils (31) verläuft. - Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die vertikale Verschiebbarkeit der ersten Tür (3) seitliche Führungen (34) an der Frontwand (13) vorgesehen sind und daß in den Führungen (34) je eine Weiche (35) vorgesehen ist, die bei vertikalem Verschieben der ersten Tür (3) ausgehend von ihrer oberen, die Öffnungsstellung bildenden Endstellung nach unten deren unteren Teil (32) zwangsweise nach außen ausschwenken.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil (32) der ersten Tür (3) in deren unterer Verschiebungs-Endstellung aus einer nach außen ausgeschwenkten Stellung in einen Eingriff mit den Führungen (34) einschwenkbar und in diesen einrastend haltbar ist.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jeder Führung (34) vorgesehene Weiche (35) so ausgeführt oder daß je eine zusätzlich Weiche in den Führungen (34) so angeordnet ist, daß bei vertikalem Verschieben der ersten Tür (3) ausgehend von ihrer unteren, die Schließstellung mit eingeschwenktem unteren Türteil (32) bildenden Endstellung nach oben deren unterer Teil (32) zwangsweise nach außen ausschwenkt.
- Ballenpresse nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unten an den Seitenkanten des unteren Teils (32) der ersten Tür (3) je ein einfederbarer Rastbolzen (33) als türseitiges Führungselement vorgesehen ist und daß die Führungen (34) an der Frontwand (13) im wesentlichen als zur ersten Tür (3) hin offene U-Profile ausgebildet sind.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weichen (35) jeweils durch eine in der Führung (34) angebrachte schiefe Ebene gebildet sind, deren Höhe auf ein Maß zunimmt, das mindestens der Tiefe des U-Profils der Führungen (34) entspricht.
- Ballenpresse nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Einschwenken des unteren Teils (32) der ersten Tür (3) in deren unterer Verschiebungsendstellung aus einer nach außen ausgeschwenkten Stellung in einen Eingriff mit den Führungen (34) an diesen je eine schiefe Ebene vorgesehen ist, über welche die Rastbolzen (33) bei der Einschwenkbewegung unter Einfederung gleiten und am Ende der Einschwenkbewegung unter Ausfederung in die Führungen (34) einrasten.
- Ballenpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil (32) der ersten Tür (3) mit einer diese in Ausschwenkrichtung beaufschlagenden Kraft vorbelastet oder vorbelastbar ist, wobei die Kraft vorzugsweise eine Federkraft ist und wobei die Kraft vorzugsweise im wesentlichen die Gewichtskraft des unteren Teils (32) der ersten Tür (3) ausgleicht oder geringfügig übersteigt.
- Ballenpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Tür (3) mit einer diese in ihrer Verschiebungsrichtung nach oben beaufschlagenden Kraft vorbelastet oder vorbelastbar ist, wobei die Kraft vorzugsweise eine Gegengewichts- oder eine Federkraft ist und wobei die Kraft vorzugsweise im wesentlichen die Gewichtskraft der ersten Tür (3) ausgleicht oder geringfügig übersteigt.
- Ballenpresse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese die Stellungen der ersten und zweiten Tür (3, 4) und des Preßschildes (2) erfassende Sensoren aufweist, die mit einer Steuereinrichtung verbunden sind, und daß von der Steuereinrichtung Verriegelungselemente der Türen (3, 4) und ein Preßschildantrieb derart beeinflußbar sind, daß ein Öffnen der Türen (3, 4) nur bei in seine obere Endstellung verfahrenem, stillstehendem Preßschild (2) möglich ist und daß ein Verfahren des Preßschildes (2) nur bei geschlossenen und verriegelten Türen (3, 4) möglich ist.
