Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zur spanabhebenden Bearbeitung von z.B. aus Holz bestehenden Werkstücken, vorzugsweise mittels eines rotierenden Werkzeuges, insbesondere Dicken- oder Abricht-Dickenhobelmaschine, mit einer Auflage für das Werkstück und mindestens einem federbelasteten Anpreßelement, das beispielsweise als Walze oder Stempel ausgebildet und der Auflage gegenüberliegend angeordnet sowie gegen die Auflage bewegbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gesamtfederkennlinie (9) der Belastungsfedern (7, 8) des Anpreßelementes (1, 2) degressiv ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf das Anpreßelement (1, 2) zwei Federn (7, 8) einwirken, von welchen jene Federn (7), welche die gegen die Auflage gerichtete Anpreßkraft ausübt, eine Kennlinie besitzt, welche flacher ist als die Kennlinie der zweiten Feder (8), welche der die Anpreßkraft ausübenden Feder (7) entgegenwirkend angeordnet ist, wobei gegebenenfalls der Hub der zweiten Feder (8) (Weg bis zur Entspannung der Feder) geringer ist als der Hub des Anpreßelementes (1, 2) (Weg des Anpreßelementes von der Ruhelage bis zur Anlage an der Werkstückoberfläche).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden, unterschiedliche Kennlinien aufweisenden Federn (7,8) an einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen eines Lagerkörpers (11) für das als Anpreßwalze ausgebildete Anpreßelement (1, bzw. 2) abgestützt sind, welcher Lagerkörper (11) verschiebbar in der Vorrichtung geführt ist.
