Claims (8)
- Ziehvorrichtung für eine Presse, mit einem Ziehstößel, mit einem Blechhalter mit einem darin gehaltenen Blech, mit einer unter dem Blechhalter angeordneten Druckwange, die mit einer parallel zur Ziehrichtung verschiebbaren Kolbenstange verbunden ist, welche mit einem Vorbeschleunigungskolben eines Vorbeschleunigungszylinders wirkverbunden ist, und Ziehzylindern, die über Ziehstangen an der Druckwange angreifen, wobei die Ziehzylinder Ziehkolben mit ersten und zweiten Kolbenräumen aufweisen, wobei der erste zur Ziehstange gerichtete Kolbenraum während des Ziehvorganes zur Blechumformung druckgesteuert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
bei Pressenstillstand während einer Blechumformung eine Steuerventileinrichtung (28) aktivierbar ist, durch die zur Aufrechterhaltung des bei Beginn des Pressenstillstandes herrschenden Druckes in dem ersten Kolbenraum (18) während der Zeit des Pressenstillstandes durch einen Druckmittelerzeuger (30) Druckmittel in den ersten Kolbenraum (18) einbringbar ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Druckmittelerzeuger eine Pumpe (30) ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die für den Vorbeschleunigungszylinder (3) vorgesehene Pumpe gleichzeitig die Pumpe (30) für die Steuerventileinrichtung (28)ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Steuerventileinrichtung eine Elektroventileinrichtung (28) ist, die mit einer der Ziehzylinderanzahl entsprechenden Anzahl von Mengenregelgliedern (32) verbunden ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen dem Druckerzeuger (30) und der Steuerventileinrichtung, (28) eine wegabhängig steuerbare Ventileinrichtung (33) angeordnet ist, die den Druckmittelfluß zu der Steuerventileinrichtung (28) während der Umformzeit des Bleches freigibt. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die wegabhängige Ventileinrichtung (33) an einer Kurvenbahn (33) der Kolbenstange (2) mit einem Tastglied (34) angreift. - Ziehvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Tastglied der wegabhängigen Ventileinrichtung (33) als Rollenstößel (34) ausgebildet ist. - Ziehvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Ziehzylinder (9) mit einem den Druck-Ist-Wert messenden Druckaufnehmer (24) und einem den Druck im ersten Kolbenraum regelnden Proportionalventil (25) versehen ist.
