Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine freitragende Holztreppe mit freiseitig tragendem Geländerhandlauf mit tragenden Anfangspfosten (10), Endpfosten und gegebenenfalls Wendepfosten, deren Stufen (5') auf der nicht freigetragenen Seite an einer Wand oder Wange gehaltert sind. Um eine verbesserte freitragende Holztreppe mit einer stabilen Verbindung der tragenden Pfosten mit den Geschoßdecken und den Stufen zu schaffen, bei der die tragenden Geländerpfosten auf Wunsch relativ dünn ausgestaltet sein können und gleichzeitig ausreichende Stabilität gewährleisten, weisen die Anfangs-, End- und/oder gegebenenfalls vorgesehenen Wendepfosten einen wenigstens im wesentlichen über den Bereich ihrer tragenden Länge verlaufenden, verstärkenden, holzummantelten Metallträger (20) auf, der im oberen Pfostenbereich mit dem Geländerhandlauf (15) und dem unteren Pfostenbereich mit der jeweiligen Geschoßdecke (2) fest verbunden ist.
