Claims (8)
- Methode zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Produktion einer Seite der Windung gleichzeitig mit der Produktion des Winkels zwischen der unter Produktion befindlichen und der davor produzierten Seite mit Hilfe der synchronen Bewegung einer Biegeeinheit (6) und dem Vorschub des unter Gestaltung befindlichen Drahtes, Betonstahls oder metallischen Rohres (2), welches vorgeschoben und im Falle eines nicht geraden Drahtes, Betonstahls oder metallischen Rohres(2) auch gerichtet wird, welche noch dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Spirale senkrecht nach unten produziert wird und mit Hilfe der Gravitation die Produktionsebene der Windungen, die ihrerseits von einer geeigneten Sammelvorrichtung aufgenommen werden, befreit und welche bereits produzierten Windungen (21) in der Sammelvorrichtung, deren Fassungsvermögen sich der Größe und Abmessungen der bereits produzieten Windungen entsprechend ändert, seitlich und von unten geeignet gehalten werden und welche Methode zusätzlich dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, daß die bereits produzierten Windungen (21) der Spirale die Bewegung der Sammelvorrichtung so folgen, daß deren geometrischer Mittelpunkt asymptot senkrecht zu der Vorschubrichtung des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder des metallischen Rohres (2) sich bewegt und gleichzeitig sich so dreht , daß sich die im Augenblick unter produktion befindliche Ecke der Windung auf der Vorschubgeraden des Drahtes, Betonstahles oder metallischen Rohres (2) befindet.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung, die die Methode im Sinne des Anspruches 1 realisiert und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie aus einer Biegeeinheit (6) zur Biegung des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder metallischen Rohres (2), die von einem geeigneten Motor (5) angetrieben wird und auf einem beweglichen Rahmen (7) befestigt ist, aus einer Vorschubeinheit (3), die von einem geeigneten Motor (4) und aus einer geeignet beweglichen Sammelvorrichtung, die die produzierten Windungen (21) der Spirale aufnimmt, besteht.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet sind, daß sie eine bewegliche Biegeeinheit (6), die auf einem beweglichen Rahmen (7)befestigt ist, der sich seinerseits geeignet auf Schienen (8), bewegt, beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine Biegeeinheit (6), die auf einen beweglichen Rahmen (7) befestigt ist, der seinerseits auf einen festen Rahmen (9) in geeigneter Höhe so gelagert ist, daß die produzierten Windungen (21) der Spirale von einer Sammelvorrichtung aufgenommen werden können.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine Sammelvorrichtung, die aus einer genügender Anzahl, auf Führungen (22) gelagerten, senkrechten und mittels einer Schnecke und mit Hilfe eines Drehrades (23) beweglichen Armen (11) und einer genügenden Anzahl von zwischen den Armen (11) beweglichen Stäben (20), besteht, beinhaltet.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine Sammelvorrichtung beinhaltet, die geeignete senkrechte Arme (11) und geeignete Stäbe (20), die auf einer Basis (26) lagern, welche ihrerseits geeignet gelagert sich um ein Rohr (24) bewegen, welches geeignet gelagert mittels einer Schnecke (25) mit Hilfe eines Motors (16) sich frei, die Stäbe (20) und deren Basis (26) mitbewegend, senkrecht auf und ab bewegt, beinhaltet, wobei die Führungen (22) auf denen die senkrechten Arme (11) lagern, fest mit einer von einem Motor (14) angetriebenen Achse, derer Bewegung über die senkrechten Arme (11) auf die Stäbe (20) übertragen wird, verbunden ist und sich somit die Sammelvorrichtung mit den aufgenommenen, bereits produzierten Windungen (21) der Spirale dreht.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine Sammelvorrichtung beinhaltet, die geeignet auf einer mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Motors (12) angetriebenen, auf geeigneten Führungen (19) auf einen asymptot senkrecht zu der Vorschubrichtung des Drahtes, Betonstahls oder des matallischen Rohres (2) aufgestellten Rahmen (18) sich bewegenden Laufkatze (13), geeignet gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Produktion von Spiralen aus Draht, Betonstahl oder einem metallischen Rohr (2) beliebigen Querschnittes mit nicht nur identischen sondern auch unterschiedlichen Formen jeder einzelnen Windung im Sinne des Anspruches 2, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie eine auf einem Rahmen (7) befestigte Biegeeinheit (6), die geeigneten Werkzeuge (27,28) beinhaltet, die den Draht, Betonstahl oder das metallische Rohr(2) festhalten,ohne eine Verdrehung zuzulassen.
