Definitions
- the invention relates to a commodity in the preamble of claim 1 specified genus.
- fittings or fittings of this type are in numerous embodiments are known, for example in the form of fittings, Soap dishes, toothed glass holders, shelves, ashtrays, door handles, push handles, Towel holders, letter boxes or the like (DE-PS'en 51 846 and 58 062, DE 25 35 894 A1, EP 0 313 970 A1, DE 31 05 217 A1).
- one of the two parts as a mounting or lower part to be fastened to a wall or the like trained, while the other part receives the desired form of use and at the Fully or partially assembled on the lower part or a selected section thereof is put on and thereby not only serves the desired purpose, but at the same time also cover those areas of the lower part in which the for Attachment to a wall or the like. Certain fastening screws or the like. Arranged are.
- one part has a resilient tongue with a Hook-shaped approach or the like. On the assembly automatically in a corresponding Snap the other part into place. Solving it this way Established connection is made by hand or a tool on the springy part acted and thereby the approach is removed from the recording, so that then one part can be subtracted from the other part. Because such Have connections easily solved by everyone, especially in public buildings such as Hospitals, gyms, swimming pools, schools or the like, often unauthorized Disassembly and theft has resulted in many of the known items a release of the connection by hand is not provided. Rather, it is in one of the two parts a very small one, a diameter of e.g. 1 mm Opening or bore provided through which a loosening of the connection, small steel pin or the like must be introduced.
- a diameter of e.g. 1 mm Opening or bore provided through which a loosening of the connection, small steel pin or the like must be introduced.
- connection devices of this type the resilient tongue always serves at the same time Securing the connection so that a compromise between a stable holding force and found a comparatively small force required to release the connection must become.
- a compromise between a stable holding force and found a comparatively small force required to release the connection must become.
- To avoid this often undesired dependency can be provided different, for connecting and securing the connection
- To provide elements it is known (EP 0 313 971 A1), fitting and To provide equipment with an anti-theft device in such a way that first the two parts holding together snap connection must be released before one additional second connecting device preventing the separation of the two parts can be solved.
- connection device of this type contains a pin projecting through the two parts, while as Anti-theft device is a resilient tongue, which is normally an indentation of the Pin and thus a loosening of the connection prevented, but by means of a tool in a release position can be brought that allows the pin to be pushed in.
- Anti-theft device is a resilient tongue, which is normally an indentation of the Pin and thus a loosening of the connection prevented, but by means of a tool in a release position can be brought that allows the pin to be pushed in.
- DE 31 05 185 A1 which is in the form of an annular Holder trained utility item with a third part connect that both in the manner of a bayonet connection with interacting Fasteners to be provided by rotating the third part together be engaged.
- this slide is for theft protection in the holder a movable slide under the influence of a spring force provided that normally a turning back and thus a separation of the third part prevented.
- this slide can be used to release the rotation by means of a through a small opening in the holder insertable steel pin that is on a slide intended inclined surface acts, are pushed back against the spring force.
- connection is always loosened by a movement that is transverse to the joining direction, i.e. is directed transversely to that direction in which one part is placed on the other part. This often results Restrictions on the assembly of the items, as in the assembled state above, below or there is sufficient space to the side of the objects must, which allows disassembly of the objects if necessary. Besides, they are Compounds described are often not sufficiently stable, especially if the Connection establishing approach is formed on a resilient element.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, the commodity of the beginning designated genus so that a largely arbitrary design for Establishing the connection serving elements on the one hand and for securing the Connection serving elements on the other hand is possible and also the direction in which the tool used to release the connection must be moved largely freely is selectable.
- the invention has the advantage that the direction of movement of the slide and the position of the inclined surface can largely be chosen freely. So that can The position of the opening intended for the introduction of the tool is largely freely chosen will.
- the slide can be used either as a resilient connecting means or as pure securing element for one with another, resilient connecting means established connection are formed.
- the invention is described below using the example of a glass holder, in particular of a toothed glass holder explained in more detail.
- This essentially contains two parts, namely a lower part 1 according to FIGS. 1 to 4 and an upper part 2 according to FIGS. 5 to 10. Furthermore, a Slider 3 according to FIGS. 11 to 13 and a cover plate 4 according to FIGS. 14 and 15 are provided.
- the lower part 1 consists of a base-shaped body, which is essentially one flat oval cross section (FIGS. 1 and 3) and a recess 5 on its rear has, which extended on the long sides from two to a mounting surface 7 Wall sections 6 and is limited by a wall section 8 on its front side.
- the recess 5 is open while moving in the direction of two short, along a radius curved ends 9 of the lower part 1 on one part its height is limited by support surfaces 10.
- continuous screw holes 11, which are preferably elongated are to compensate for the distance from holes, not shown, or to allow slight displacements on the wall.
- the upper part 2 has a circular, solid or as a hollow body according to FIGS. 5 to 7 trained ring portion 16, the inner contour 17 is closed while its outer contour 18 tangentially into one on two diametrically opposite sides Assembly section 19 passes.
- the mounting section 19 is designed as a hollow body, only open to the back of the upper part 2 and with a flat oval inner cross section provided (Fig. 5) which substantially the outer cross section of the lower part 1 (Fig. 3) corresponds. Therefore, the mounting section 19 as a whole can be placed on the lower part 1 be (Fig. 16) until it covers this with a circumferential wall section 20 on all sides and a rear mounting surface 21 flush with the mounting surface 7 of the lower part 1 is aligned.
- the upper part has a perpendicular to the mounting surface 21 extending center axis 22, which in the assembled state coaxial with the center axis 14 of the lower part 1 is arranged.
- the mounting section 19 is adjacent to the ring section 16 Area delimited by a correspondingly annular wall section 23, on which a web 24 extending parallel to the central axis 22 with a crosswise arranged, hook-shaped approach 25 is provided.
- the web 24 or extension 25 expediently has an insertion bevel 26.
- the hook-shaped extension 25 points to the right in Figs. to a short side of the Upper part 2, but could also point to the left.
- the web 24 and the approach 25 exist expedient from such thick sections of material that they are largely inflexible or rigid are trained.
- the lower part 1 To assemble the utility object described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10, as indicated in Fig. 16, the lower part 1 with its mounting surface 7 to one Wall or the like. Created and with the help of the screw holes 11 protruding fastening screws attached to this. Then the mounting section 19 of the upper part 2 placed on the lower part 1, the joining direction parallel to the central axes 14 (Fig. 2) or 22 (Fig. 6) runs until the mounting surface 21 of the upper part 2 on the Bears against the wall and the lower part 1 is completely covered by the mounting section 19. It is the arrangement preferably made such that the upper part 2 in the assembled state Directions transverse to the central axes 14, 22 substantially immobile on the Lower part 1 is held.
- the web 24 is used with the Approach 25 as a connection means provided on the upper part 2, which in the joined state protrudes through the opening 13 into the recess 5 of the lower part 1.
- edge 30 (FIG. 13) gripped behind by attachment 25.
- this edge 30 is provided on the slide 3, which is movably mounted in the lower part 1.
- the slide 3 consists of a substantially cuboid Body that in a central region of its rear 31 with a transverse Groove 32 is provided.
- a limiting the groove 32 on the front 33 Wall section is in a central area with a continuous passage opening 34 provided, which opens into the groove 32, but undercut on both sides of the center line thereof, partially covering the front of the groove 32 and the passage opening 34 leaves limiting edge sections, one of which forms the edge 30. His short sides is the slider 3, each with an obliquely projecting spring arm 35 provided, against an elastic spring force developed by him in the direction of Side walls of the slide 3 can be moved.
- the slide 3 is dimensioned such that the central axis its passage opening 34 after inserting the slide 3 into the recess 5 of the lower part 1 essentially coaxially with the central axis 14 (FIG. 2) as well with the axis of the opening 13 of the lower part 1 and the free ends of the two Spring arms 35 in this state on the associated support surfaces 10 (Fig. 2 and 16) support.
- the distance between the support surfaces 10 from one another is somewhat smaller than that Distance between the free ends of the spring arms 35 selected in the relaxed state, so that the Slider 3 due to a certain bias of the spring arms 35 within the Recess 5 is held in a central position.
- the dimensions and positions of the different parts are relative to one another chosen so that when attaching the upper part 2 to the lower part 1 of the approach 25 of Web 24 first in the opening 13 of the lower part 1 and then in the passage opening 34 of the slide 3 arrives.
- the insertion slope 26 (Fig. 10) runs on the Passage opening 34 surrounding edge, causing the slide 3 against a spring force is shifted, which is developed in Fig. 16 by the spring arm 35 shown on the right becomes.
- the insertion slope 26 slides gradually from the edge of the passage opening 34 until the shoulder 25 of the web 24 is arranged completely below the passage opening 34.
- the slider 3 is now by the spring force of the right spring arm 35 in FIG. 16 into the starting position moved back, the edge 30 (Fig.
- the opening 27 shown in FIG. 10 and formed in the upper part 2 serves the purpose of To allow authorized persons to detach the connection.
- the passage opening 34 of the slide 3 according to FIGS. 11 to 13 to the front and to the sides of inclined surfaces 38 inclined in the direction of movement of the slide 3 limited, one of which in the assembled state just below the opening 27 (Fig. 16) lies.
- the opening 13 in the lower part 1 is so large that this inclined surface 38 remains accessible through the opening 27 in the assembled state. Is therefore in the 16 a tool, e.g. a steel pin or the like, through which Opening 27 is pressed into the lower part 1, then this reaches the relevant part Inclined surface 38 and thereby moves the slider 3 in Fig.
- the inner contour 17 of the ring section 16 has a circumferential shoulder 39 provided as a support for a standing toothed glass or the like.
- hanging glasses use which are provided at their upper edge with an outer shoulder, the when hanging the glass in the ring section 16 from above.
- wild when using the latter Glass mold the same upper part 2, but in a 180 ° rotated about the axis 22 (Fig. 6) Location used.
- approach 25 shows in Figs. 5, 6, 10 and 16 left instead of right.
- the upper part 2 is now analogous to the description above the lower part 1 is pushed on, then the slide 3 is correspondingly to the left in FIG. 16 emotional.
- the cover plate 4 shown in FIGS. 14 and 15 serves the purpose of an unwanted Falling out of the slider 3 from the recess 5 of the lower part 1 during assembly to avoid.
- the cover plate 4 essentially consists of a plane-parallel plate, that fits between the two wall sections 6 and on the front with pins 40 is provided, which is inserted into the blind bores 12 (FIGS. 1, 2) of the lower part 1 by clamping can be. Showing the screw holes 11 and the blind bores 12 Wall sections of the lower part 1 are shorter than that by the thickness of the cover plate 4 Wall sections 6, so that the back 41 of the cover plate 4 in the assembled state ends flush with the mounting surfaces 7 and 21 (Fig. 16).
- the cover plate 4 closes otherwise not only the recess 5 of the lower part 1 after inserting the slide 3, but also preferably has a smooth front surface 42, which ensures that the slide 3 can be moved easily and not by about existing joints or burrs between the tiles or the like covering tiles is hindered.
- the cover plate 4 can correspond to the screw holes 11 and have screw holes that can be aligned with them.
- means for Prevention of undesired movements of the slide 3. This means consists in Embodiment of a recess 43 which in the recess 5 facing Side of the wall section 8 is formed and in the direction of the slide movement the cuboid part of the slide 3 has a corresponding length, the height the recess 5 corresponds essentially to the height of the slide 3. So will that Upper part 2 pulled forward from lower part 1 when trying to remove it without authorization, then the slider 3 becomes due to the action of the shoulder 25 on the edge 30 also moved from, so that it partially enters the recess 43. A then unwanted movement of the slide 3 in the sense of releasing the connection is not more is possible.
- the lower part 1 and the upper part 2 can be secured against further securing unauthorized disassembly with common, cooperating undercuts 44 (Fig. 1,2,4) or 45 (Fig. 5,6,9) provided when the upper part 2 is placed on the lower part 1 form automatically snap connections.
- undercuts 44 Fig. 1,2,4
- Fig. 5,6,9 Fig. 5,6,9
- you can these undercuts are also regarded as the actual means of connection, while the slide 3 and the approach 25 a means of securing this connection represent.
- the lower part 1, the upper part 2, the slide 3 and the cover plate 4 are preferably made of one-piece plastic injection molded parts.
- the invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiment described, which is based on can be modified in many ways. While in the described embodiment the web 24 and the extension 25 are largely rigid and the slide 3 represents a resilient element that both the establishment of the connection and the Securing this connection, use cases are also conceivable in which the Slider 3 is only used to secure a connection.
- the bridge 24 resilient and the arrangement made so that the web 24 in the assembled State only protrudes through the opening 13 of the lower part 1 and from the slide 3 or through the spring force of a spring arm 35 in this way against the edge delimiting the opening 13 is pressed that the approach 25 engages behind this edge. In this case, therefore this edge the connecting means provided on the lower part 1.
- a loosening of the connection can be done analogously to the above description in that the opening 27 a possibly located at another location, but designed according to the inclined surface 38 Inclined surface is assigned. It is also clear that in the event that the upper part 2 should be able to be placed on the lower part 1 only in a predetermined position, the passage opening 34 of the slide 3 could be missing and only that on the corresponding side of the axis 22 slider coming to rest is needed. It would also be possible to To arrange or design opening 27 and the inclined surfaces 38 at other locations, that the tool used for releasing the connection is in a different one than that Joining direction must be moved. However, the arrangement described is at least always preferred if the opening 27 is already in use, e.g.
