Claims (15)
- Fliehkraft-Gleitschleifmaschine mit einem schalenartigen drehbaren Behälter-Bodenteil und einem stationären, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Behälter-Oberteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Behälter-Boden- und -Oberteil (12, 13) an ihren sich gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten jeweils mit einem Keramikteil (17, 18) versehen sind.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Keramikteilen (17, 18) ein endlicher Spalt (S) vorhanden ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (S) einstellbar ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt eine Größe von 0,05-0,5 mm aufweist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt eine Größe von ca. 0,3 mm aufweist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt über Stellschrauben (14) einstellbar ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stellschrauben (14) am Umfang des Behälter-Oberteils (13) und einem dieses tragenden Tragteils (11) angeordnet sind.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandung des Behälter-Oberteils (13) sich in ihrem unteren Endabschnitt radial nach innen konisch verjüngt.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandungen von Behälter-Oberteil (13) und -Bodenteil (12) im Bereich des Spaltes (S) fluchten.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (S) unter einem deutlich von einem rechten Winkel abweichenden Winkel zu den Innenwandungen von Behälter-Oberteil und -Bodenteil (13, 12) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (S) unter einem rechten Winkel zu den Innenwandungen von Behälter-Oberteil und -Bodenteil (13, 12) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spalt (S) im wesentlichen horizontal bzw. senkrecht zur Drehachse (D) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behälter-Bodenteil (12) aus Aluminium ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Behälter-Bodenteil (12) aus einer Aluminium-Legierung ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auskleidungen (12b, 13b) aus Polyurethan bestehen.
