Claims (14)
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung mit einer zwei Federschenkel (12, 13) mit im wesentlichen parallel zueinander beweglichen, zum jeweils anderen Federschenkel (13, 12) hin umgebogenen Endbereichen (14, 15) aufweisenden Klemmkontaktfeder (11) zum Klemmen und Kontaktieren einer Kabelader bzw. eines Kabels (16 bzw. 17), bei der die Federschenkel (12, 13) zum Einführen der Kabelader bzw. des Kabels (16 bzw. 17) durch fluchtende Bohrungen (18, 19) in den Endbereichen (14, 15) der Federschenkel (12, 13) entgegen der Federkraft der Kontaktfeder (11) zusammengedrückt sind und die Kontaktierung und Klemmung der Kabelader bzw. des Kabels (16 bzw. 17) in den Bohrungen (18, 19) durch eine Federbewegung der Endbereiche (14, 15) der Federschenkel (12, 13) erfolgt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Federschenkeln (12, 13) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) eine mit dieser mechanisch und elektrisch verbundene Gabelfeder (43, 44) zur Kontaktierung eines Stecker-Kontaktelements vorgesehen ist. - Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schenkel der Gabelfeder (43, 44) von den seitlichen Kanten wenigstens eines der Endbereiche (14, 15) abstehen.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem den Endbereichen (14, 15) abgewandten Ende (45) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) eine Ausnehmung (46) für den Durchgang des Stecker-Kontaktelements vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkontaktfeder (11) mit den Federschenkeln (12, 13), den Endbereichen (14, 15), den Schenkeln der Gabelfeder (43, 44) und/oder der Lötöse als einstückiges Metallteil ausgebildet ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkontaktfeder (11) aus Messing oder Bronze besteht.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Federschenkel (12, 13) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) auseinanderdrükkende Zusatzfeder (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzfeder (21) zwischen den Federschenkeln (12, 13) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) angeordnet ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzfeder (21) ein Federblech ist, dessen Endteile sich an den Innenseiten der Federschenkel (12, 13) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) abstützen.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzfeder (21) die Eindringtiefe der Kabelader bzw. des Kabels (16 bzw. 17) in den Klemmkontaktfeder-Bereich begrenzt.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem der Federschenkel (12, 13) eine Lötöse (42) vorgesehen ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkontaktfeder (11) in einem Gehäuse (20) angeordnet ist, das einen offenen Bereich zur Druckausübung auf einen Federschenkel (12) aufweist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkontaktfeder (11) auf einer Klemmleiste (31) befestigt ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmkontaktfeder (11) in angepaßte Ausnehmungen (32, 33, 34) der Klemmleiste (31) einschiebbar ist.
- Klemmkontakteinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Federschenkel (13) der Klemmkontaktfeder (11) in komplementäre Nuten (40, 41) der Klemmleiste (31) einschiebbar ist.
