Claims (3)
- Mehretagentrockner für band- oder plattenförmiges Gut, insbesondere für Gipskartonplatten,
mit folgenden Merkmalen:der Trockner besteht aus einer Anzahl von baukastenartig aneinandergereihten Abteilen;entsprechend der Anzahl der Etagen sind in mehreren Ebenen Fördereinrichtungen, insbesondere Rollenförderer (11), angeordnet;in den einzelnen Etagen sind oberhalb und unterhalb der Transportebenen Düsenkästen (14a, 14b) angeordnet, die sich über die Breite der Fördereinrichtung erstrecken;eine der Transportebene zugekehrte Begrenzungswand des Düsenkastens (14a, 14b) ist mit kreisrunden Düsenöffnungen (15) versehen;jeder Düsenkasten (14a, 14b) hat an einem Ende eine Zuströmöffnung (17) und ist am anderen Ende (18) geschlossen;an dem mit der Zuströmöffnung (17) versehenen Ende sitzt der Düsenkasten (14a, 14b) unverrückbar in einer Ausnehmung einer Trennwand (5);auf der Seite, an der die Zuströmöffnung (17) angeordnet ist, ist der Abstand zwischen den Düsenöffnungen (15) und dem durchlaufenden Trocknungsgut gleich dem 4 bis 5-fachen Durchmesser der Düsenöffnung (15);das geschlossene Ende des Düsenkastens (14a, 14b) ist in der Weise verschieblich, dass an der Seite, an der sich das geschlossene Ende (18) befindet, der Abstand zwischen den Düsenöffnungen (15) und dem durchlaufenden Trocknungsgut auf den 2,5 bis 4-fachen Durchmesser der Düsenöffnungen (15) verkleinert werden kann;zumindest in einigen Abteilen sind die Düsenkästen (14a, 14b) in einer geneigten Stellung arretiert, in der der Abstand der Düsenöffnungen (15) von dem durchlaufenden Trocknungsgut an der Seite, an der sich das geschlossene Ende (18) befindet, kleiner ist als an der Seite, an der die Zuströmöffnung (17) angeordnet ist. - Mehretagentrockner, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenkästen (14a, 14b) verschiedener Abteile in unterschiedlich geneigten Stellungen befestigt sind.
- Trockner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Düsenkasten (14a, 14b) in dem für die Verschiebung des geschlossenen Endes (18) erforderlichen Maße elastisch verformbar ist.
