Claims (8)
- Behälterverschlußan einem zur Aufnahme von flüssigen, cremigen oder rieselfähigen Stoffen geeigneten Behälter (1) mit einer, eine Mündung (2) aufweisenden Behälteröffnung,mit einem Schließkopf (4) aus Kunststoff zum Öffnen und Schließen des Behälters (1),mit einem Schließteil (7) des Schließkopfes (4), welches beim Schließen des Behälters die Mündung (2) abdeckt,mit einer Schwenkverbindung (3) des Schließteils (7), die das Verschwenken des Schließteils gegenüber der Behälteröffnung ermöglicht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Schließkopf (4) neben dem Schließteil (7) eine Auslauföffnung (6) angeordnet ist,daß zwischen dem Schließkopf (4) und dem Behälter (1) eine Folie (8) vorgesehen ist,daß Schließkopf (4) und Folie (8) im geöffneten Zustand ein Volumen begrenzen, welches zum Behälter hin durch die Mündung (2) und nach außen durch die Auslauföffnung (6) offen ist,daß beim Schließen des Behälters (1) der Schließkopf (4) zusammen mit der Folie (8) über den der Behälteröffnung zugewandten Teil des Behälters (1) stülpbar ist und diesen Teil von außen umgreift, wonach der Schließteil (7) die Mündung (2) abdeckt,daß beim Öffnen des Behälters (1) der Schließteil (7) von der Mündung (2) entfernt und der Schließkopf (4) zusammen mit der Folie (8) von dem der Behälteröffnung zugewandten Teil des Behälters (1) in Ausgießrichtung wegschwenkbar ist, wonach die Auslauföffnung (6) geöffnet ist. - Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkopf (4) und der Behälter (1) einteilig und aus demselben Kunststoff sind.
- Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Schließkopfes (4) in Art einer kugelsegmentartigen Kappe (5) (Halbkugel) ausgebildet ist, daß die Mündung (2) ringförmig ist und daß der mit der Halsmündung (2) zusammenwirkende Schließteil (7) die Form einer, in Richtung Mündung ausgebildeten Wölbung aufweist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Schließstellung des Schließkopfes (4) die Auslauföffnung (6) über eine am Schließkopf (4) oder Behälter (1) vorhandene Auswölbung (10) geschwenkt und damit verschließbar ist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkwinkel des Schließkopfes (4) ca. 78° (80°) beträgt.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkopf (4) in Verbindung mit Behälteröffnung (2) bzw. Behälter (1) in Schließstellung nach dem Einstülpen ein geringeres Volumen als in Öffnungsstellung aufweist.
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Endstellungen nach Verschwenken des Schließkopfes (4) in Art einer Schnappverbindung arretierbar ist, insbesondere infolge Eigenspannung und Materialelastizität von Schließkopf (4), Schwenkverbindung (3) und/oder Folie (8).
- Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgrenzende Folie (8) aus dem selben Kunststoffmaterial besteht, wie der Schließkopf (4).
