Description

Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Behälterverschluß nach der Gattung des Hauptanspruchs. Derartige Kunststoffbehälter werden in vielfältiger Weise hergestellt, sowohl für Körperpflegemittel, für Lebensmittel als auch für technische Mittel. Maßgebend ist, daß der vom Behälter aufzunehmende Stoff aus diesem, insbesondere auf Grund natürlicher Art und Weise entnommen werden kann. Aber auch solche Behälter sind gattungsgemäß, bei denen auf Grund der Elastizität der Behälterwand der aufgenommene Stoff durch Drücken des Behälters herausgepreßt werden kann. Der gattungsgemäße Behälterverschluß ist somit nicht nur auf Kleinbehälter eingeschränkt, sondern erstreckt sich auch sowohl auf Tuben als auch auf Großbehälter. Der Behälter ist über eine Behälteröffnung entleerbar, wobei die Behälteröffnung unmittelbar am Behälter angeordnet ist oder lediglich an diesem befestigt sein kann, beispielsweise durch schrauben, stecken odgl.. Unabhängig hiervon weist diese Behälteröffnung eine Mündung auf, die mit dem Schließteil des Schließkopfes zu ihrem Verschließen zusammenwirkt. Während Schließkopf und Behälter unterschiedlichen Materials sein können, bestehen hingegen die Teile des Schließkopfes einschließlich der Schwenkverbindung bevorzugt aus dem gleichen Kunststoff, um entsprechende Vorteile beim Recyclen des Kunststoffes zu erhalten. Dies schließt jedoch nicht aus, daß ein solcher Behälter als Mehrwegbehälter benutzt wird.
Bei einem bekannten Behälter der gattungsgemäßen Art (EP 00 40 615 B1) ist auf der, dem Behälterkopf zugewandten, oberen Wandfläche eine Behälteröffnung mit Mündung angeordnet und die Wandfläche wird von einem kappenartigen Schließkopf vollständig überdeckt. An einer, von der Behälteröffnung entfernten Stelle dieser Fläche ist ein Scharnierband als Schwenkverbindung vorhanden, um diese Kappe wegschwenken zu können. An der, dem Hals zugewandten Innenseite dieser Kappe ist eine Buchse vorgesehen, die bei verschlossener Kappe über die Behälteröffnung gestülpt wird, um diese zu verschließen. Da sowohl Kappe als auch Behälter aus demselben Kunststoff bestehen, ist ein sortenreines Recycling möglich. Die Befestigung der Kappe an dem Behälter dient vor allem des gezielten einfachen Verschlusses, bei dem die Buchse über die Behälteröffnung gestülpt und auf Grund der konischen Ausbildung miteinander verbunden wird. In den, Raum zwischen Behälterwandfläche und Deckelinnenseite können bei geöffnetem Schließkopf Stoffe aus dem Behälter gelangen. Außerdem kann je nach Fertigungstoleranz die Klemmverbindung dazu führen, daß der Behälter schwer zu öffnen ist, insbesondere auch deshalb, weil die Kappe auf Grund der Verbindung zum Behälter hin gegenüber diesem nicht verdrehbar ist.
Weiterhin ist ein Behälter bekannt (US 5 358 154), bei dem eine Schließvorrichtung von einer offenen in eine geschlossene Stellung bewegt werden kann. Hierzu ist in der Wandung des Behälters ein flexibler Bereich vorgesehen, der eine geringere Wandstärke als die übrige Wandung des Behälters aufweist. Dieser flexible Bereich wirkt dabei wie eine Art Scharnier und ermöglicht das Verschwenken der Schließvorrichtung. Nachteiligerweise wirkt das Schließteil dabei nicht wie ein die Behälteröffnung umgreifender Schließkopf sondern lediglich wie ein die Behälteröffnung verschließender Deckel.
Die Erfindung und ihre Vorteile
Der erfindungsgemäße Behälterverschluß mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Hauptanspruchs weist demgegenüber den Vorteil auf, daß die Auslauföffnung ebenfalls am Schließkopf angeordnet ist und beim Öffnungsschwenken derselben vor die Halsmündung des Behälters gelangt. Der zwischen dieser Auslauföffnung und der Behälteröffnung durch die Folie abgegrenzte Raum kann dem Behälterraum zugerechnet werden, da er bei geöffnetem Behälter mit dem Innenraum des Behälters unmittelbar verbunden ist. Der Inhalt des Behälters durchströmt beim Entleeren des Behälters diesen Raum und den Schließkopf. Die Auslauföffnung bleibt nach außen hin unverändert, so daß an dieser Auslauföffnung irgendwelche Führungsmittel wie Röhren und dergleichen angeordnet werden können, ohne daß deshalb die Funktion des Behälterverschließens beeinträchtigt wäre.
Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind der Schließkopf und der Behälter einteilig und aus demselben Kunststoff. Dies hat besondere Vorteile bei der Herstellung und dem Recyclen.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Form des Schließkopfes in Art einer kugelsegmentartigen Kappe (Halbkugel) ausgebildet, wobei die Mündung ringförmig ist und wobei der mit der Halsmündung zusammenwirkende Schließteil die Form einer, in Richtung Mündung ausgebildeten Wölbung aufweist. Die Form einer Kugel hat den Vorteil, daß sie in etwa der Funktion des erfindungsgemäßen Behälterverschlusses folgt. Beim Öffnen des Behälters, also nach oben Schwenken des Kopfes, wird dieses gestisch verdeutlicht. Beim Schließen des Behälters wird der Kopf entsprechend zur Seite geschwenkt und dabei über die Behälteröffnung gestülpt. Zudem weist ein Kugelkörper eine optimale Stabilität auf, bei einem minimalen Aufwand an Material. Zudem ist die Dichtung zwischen "Ring" und "Kugel" fertigungsmäßig leicht kontrollierbar, wobei auf Grund der sich im Dichtbereich ergebenden kegeligen Dichtanordnung zwischen den zusammenwirkenden Teilen eine Art Keildichtung entsteht, bei der für die gewünschte Dichtqualität geringere, in achsialer Richtung wirkende Kräfte erforderlich sind, als bei einer Flachdichtung. Die Dichtung kann auch durch einen Hinterschnitt am Schließteil erzielt werden, nach dem dieses in die Mündung der Behälteröffnung eingeschnappt ist.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist in Schließstellung des Schließkopfes die Auslauföffnung über eine am Schließkopf oder Behälter vorhandene Auswölbung geschwenkt bzw. gestülpt und damit verschließbar. Diese Auswölbung kann seitlich am Hals des Behälters angeordnet sein und schließt in ähnlicher Weise, wie die Kugelkalotte die Behälteröffnung hier die Auslauföffnung. Hierdurch wird vor allem vermieden, daß im Schließkopf vorhandene Stoffe über die Auslauföffnung auslaufen können, obwohl der Schließkopf in Schließstellung ist.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung beträgt der Schwenkwinkel der Kappe in etwa 78°. Dieser Schwenkwinkel kann jedoch erheblich variieren, je nach Größe der Auslauföffnung, des Abstandes von Auslauföffnung zu Schwenkpunkt des Schließkopfes und Abmaßen des Schließteils. Gegebenenfalls genügt ein verhältnismäßig geringer Schwenkwinkel zwischen Schließstellung und Öffnungsstellung des Schließkopfes, ohne daß deshalb ein Ausströmen des Stoffes aus dem Behälter verhindert wäre.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist mindestens eine der Endstellungen nach Verschwenken des Schließkopfes in Art einer Schnappverbindung arretierter. Durch diese Schnappverbindung kann gleichzeitig die Anpreßkraft zwischen dem Schließteil und der Mündung der Behälteröffnung bestimmt werden und entsprechend auch der Dichtdruck zwischen Auswölbung und Auslauföffnung bei geschlossenem Behälterverschluß. Je nach Gestaltung ergibt sich die im Übergangsbereich, also im Schwenkbereich ergebende Spannkraft durch die Form und Elastizität der den Schließkopf mit dem Behälter verbindenden Folie.
Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht die abgrenzende Folie aus demselben Kunststoffmaterial, wie der Schließkopf. Hierdurch wird vor allem das sortenreine Recycling des Gegenstandes erzielt.
Die Herstellung der Erfindung erfolgt im Kunststoffblasverfahren, wobei der Blasdorn durch den Hals in den Behälter ragt und das Fertigprodukt den Behälterverschluß in geöffnetem Zustand zeigt. Besonders bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Behälterverschluß weist diese Art Herstellungsverfahren Vorteile auf, da die Konstruktion des Behälterverschlusses ohne Hinterschneidungen auskommt.
Weitere Vorteile und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, der Zeichnung und den Ansprüchen entnehmbar.

Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
Die in Fig. 1 perspektivisch dargestellte Flasche weist einen Behälter 1 auf, mit einer Behälteröffnung, die eine Mündung 2 aufweist, wobei über eine Schwenkverbindung 3 ein Schließkopf 4 schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Der Schließkopf 4 weist eine halbkugelförmige Kappe 5 auf, mit einer Auslauföffnung 6 und einem Schließteil 7 auf der Innenseite der Kappe 5. Zwischen Kappe 5 und Mündung 2 ist eine flexible Folie 8 vorhanden, die mit der Kappe 5 einen, zwischen der Auslauföffnung 6 und der Mündung 2 gelegenen Raum 9 begrenzt.
In Fig. 2 ist die Flasche 1 in geschlossenem Zustand dargestellt, nachdem die Kappe 5, wie zu Fig. 3 und 4 näher erläutert, um die Schwenkverbindung 3 nach unten geschwenkt und dabei über die Behälteröffnung gestülpt wurde. Die Auslauföffnung 6 weist nunmehr zur Seite, Während der kalottenförmig nach innen ausgebildete Schließteil 7 auf dem oberen Rand, die Mündung 2, aufliegt und dadurch die Flasche 1 verschließt. Die ebenfalls an der Kappe 5 angeordnete Auslauföffnung 6 wird durch eine, durch die Folie 8 gebildete Auswölbung 10 verschlossen, so daß mögliche, im Raum 9 vorhandene Stoffe, die beim Ausschütten in diesem Raum verblieben waren, nicht nach Außen dringen können.
Die nähere Funktion des Öffnens und Schließens des erfindungsgemäßen Behälterverschlusses ist in Fig. 3 und 4 erkennbar. Die Kappe 5 ist um die Schwenkverbindung 3 bewegbar und nimmt in Fig. 3 eine Endstellung ein, in der das Schließteil 7 von der Behälteröffnung weggeschwenkt ist und dadurch die Auslauföffnung 6 freigibt, während in Fig. 4 in Schließstellung des Schließkopfes 4 der Schließteil 7 auf der Mündung 2 aufliegt und damit diese verschließt. Die Auslauföffnung 6, die entsprechend von oben nach unten auf die Seite geschwenkt wurde, wird durch die Auswölbung 10 verschlossen.

Claims (8)

  1. Behälterverschluß
    an einem zur Aufnahme von flüssigen, cremigen oder rieselfähigen Stoffen geeigneten Behälter (1) mit einer, eine Mündung (2) aufweisenden Behälteröffnung,
    mit einem Schließkopf (4) aus Kunststoff zum Öffnen und Schließen des Behälters (1),
    mit einem Schließteil (7) des Schließkopfes (4), welches beim Schließen des Behälters die Mündung (2) abdeckt,
    mit einer Schwenkverbindung (3) des Schließteils (7), die das Verschwenken des Schließteils gegenüber der Behälteröffnung ermöglicht,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß am Schließkopf (4) neben dem Schließteil (7) eine Auslauföffnung (6) angeordnet ist,
    daß zwischen dem Schließkopf (4) und dem Behälter (1) eine Folie (8) vorgesehen ist,
    daß Schließkopf (4) und Folie (8) im geöffneten Zustand ein Volumen begrenzen, welches zum Behälter hin durch die Mündung (2) und nach außen durch die Auslauföffnung (6) offen ist,
    daß beim Schließen des Behälters (1) der Schließkopf (4) zusammen mit der Folie (8) über den der Behälteröffnung zugewandten Teil des Behälters (1) stülpbar ist und diesen Teil von außen umgreift, wonach der Schließteil (7) die Mündung (2) abdeckt,
    daß beim Öffnen des Behälters (1) der Schließteil (7) von der Mündung (2) entfernt und der Schließkopf (4) zusammen mit der Folie (8) von dem der Behälteröffnung zugewandten Teil des Behälters (1) in Ausgießrichtung wegschwenkbar ist, wonach die Auslauföffnung (6) geöffnet ist.
  2. Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkopf (4) und der Behälter (1) einteilig und aus demselben Kunststoff sind.
  3. Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Form des Schließkopfes (4) in Art einer kugelsegmentartigen Kappe (5) (Halbkugel) ausgebildet ist, daß die Mündung (2) ringförmig ist und daß der mit der Halsmündung (2) zusammenwirkende Schließteil (7) die Form einer, in Richtung Mündung ausgebildeten Wölbung aufweist.
  4. Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Schließstellung des Schließkopfes (4) die Auslauföffnung (6) über eine am Schließkopf (4) oder Behälter (1) vorhandene Auswölbung (10) geschwenkt und damit verschließbar ist.
  5. Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkwinkel des Schließkopfes (4) ca. 78° (80°) beträgt.
  6. Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließkopf (4) in Verbindung mit Behälteröffnung (2) bzw. Behälter (1) in Schließstellung nach dem Einstülpen ein geringeres Volumen als in Öffnungsstellung aufweist.
  7. Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Endstellungen nach Verschwenken des Schließkopfes (4) in Art einer Schnappverbindung arretierbar ist, insbesondere infolge Eigenspannung und Materialelastizität von Schließkopf (4), Schwenkverbindung (3) und/oder Folie (8).
  8. Behälterverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgrenzende Folie (8) aus dem selben Kunststoffmaterial besteht, wie der Schließkopf (4).
