Description
- La figure 1 est une coupe transversale schématique d'une ratière établie conformément à l'invention ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective montrant, à l'état démonté, les éléments constitutifs essentiels de l'une des lames de la ratière suivant la figure 1 ;
- La figure 3 est une vue en coupe simplifiée analogue à la figure 1, alors que la ratière est dans une position décalée de 180° par rapport à la figure 1 ;
- La figure 4 représente, à plus grande échelle, le bec d'un levier pivotant et l'entaille du plateau associée à une lame dans une première position de coincement et
- La figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 4 alors qu'un levier coopère avec une partie du plateau diamétralement opposée à celle représentée à la figure 4.
Claims (5)
- Ratière rotative pour métier à tisser, comprenant, au niveau de chacune de ses lames, une pièce oscillante (4) attelée à un cadre de lisses (6) et associée à un élément d'actionnement (2) monté fou sur un arbre principal (1) de ladite ratière, un organe mobile d'accouplement (8) porté par un plateau (3) solidaire de l'élément d'actionnement, ledit organe mobile étant soumis à des moyens élastiques (10) pour opérer la liaison angulaire dudit plateau avec un disque (7) solidaire dudit arbre principal, et deux leviers pivotants (11) soumis, d'une part, à l'action d'un dispositif de lisage (16, 16', 16") et, d'autre part, à celle de moyens élastiques (13) qui tendent à engager les becs (17) desdits leviers pivotants avec l'une de deux surfaces de coincement (18, 19) dudit plateau, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque lesdits leviers sont en engagement avec lesdites surfaces de coincement, l'un desdits levier est hors de portée d'un actionneur (16) appartenant audit dispositif de lisage.
- Ratière rotative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit plateau (3) porte une extension radiale (3') définissant une première surface de coincement (18), ladite première surface de coincement étant éloignée de l'axe (XX') de rotation dudit arbre (1) d'une distance (D1) supérieure à la distance (D2) séparant une seconde surface de coincement (19) diamétralement opposée à ladite première surface de coincement sur ledit plateau, dudit axe de rotation.
- Ratière rotative selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite première surface de coincement (18) est une surface de coincement passif dudit plateau (3) alors que ladite seconde surface de coincement (19) est une surface de coincement actif ou commandé dudit plateau.
- Ratière rotative selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit bec (17) de chaque levier pivotant (11) présente une surface de portée externe (20) et une surface de portée interne (21), lesdites surfaces de portée ayant des angles au sommet (α, β) de valeurs différentes.
- Métier à tisser équipé d'une ratière rotative selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
