Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verpackungssystem, welches ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt und eine Nachfüllpackung umfaßt, welche ein faltschachtelförmiges Innenbehältnis aufweist, in welchem das Produkt aufgenommen ist und welches von einem reißfesten Aufnahmebeutel aus Kunststoffolie dicht umschlossen ist.
Eine derartige Verpackung ist aus der US-A-1 597 673 bekannt. Sie besteht aus einer Faltschachtel, die von einer Folie dicht umschlossen wird. Die das Innenbehältnis bildende Faltschachtel ist jedoch derart ausgebildet, daß sie nach dem ersten Öffnen durch Zerstören der Versiegelung weiterhin als Behältnis benutzt werden kann.
Für bestimmte Produkte mit beispielsweise ätzender Rezeptur (z. B. Maschinengeschirrspülmittel) sind Verpackungsbehältnisse mit kindergesicherten Verschlüssen gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Dies gilt sowohl für pulverförmige als auch für tablettenförmige Produkte.
Aus der EP 0 272 557 A1 ist eine Verpackung mit einem kindergesicherten Deckel bekannt. Dabei ist am eigentlichen Verpackungsbehaltnis ein Deckelrahmen aus Kunststoff angeformt, der mit dem Verpackungsbehältnis fest verbunden ist, wobei in den Deckelrahmen eine Deckelscheibe aus Karton eingelegt ist. Diese Deckelscheibe läßt sich mit zwei überlagernden Bewegungen aus ihrer Arretierung wippen. Das Produkt selbst ist innerhalb eines Beutels im Verpackungsbehältnis angeordnet.
Weiterhin ist eine Verpackung bekannt, welche aus einer Rechtecktrommel besteht, die kraftschlüssig mit einem Deckel verbunden ist. Auch bei dieser Verpackung ist das Produkt in einem zusätzlichen Beutel angeordnet, der im eigentlichen Verpackungsbehältnis aufgenommen ist.
Beide bekannten Verpackungen sind kostenaufwendig und in ihrer Handhabung gewöhnungsbedürftig. Darüber hinaus ist der Verpackungsaufwand relativ groß.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verpackungssystem der eingangs genannten Art zu entwickeln, wobei die Nachfüllverpackung einen geringen Verpackungsaufwand erfordert, aber dennoch zuverlässig gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen, insbesondere durch Kinder, geschützt ist, und wobei auch nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen der Nachfüllverpackung eine Kindersicherung gewährleistet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird bei dem Verpackungssystem der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Verpackungssystem auch ein Dauergebrauchsbehältnis mit einem kindergesicherten Verschluß umfaßt und daß das Innenbehältnis derart ausgebildet ist, daß es nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen als Produktaufnahmebehältnis unbrauchbar wird.
Beim Öffnen der kindergesicherten Nachfüllverpackung wird diese zerstört, so daß der Inhalt (zwangsweise) vom Anwender in das kindergesicherte Dauergebrauchbehältnis eingefüllt werden muß.
Für die Nachfüllverpackung wird eine Kunststoffolie verwandt, die so stabil ist, daß Kinder nicht in der Lage sind, diese mit den Fingern oder mit den Zähnen aufzureißen. Es ist vielmehr erforderlich, die Packung mit einem Hilfswerkzeug, wie einer Schere oder einem Messer, zu öffnen. Hierzu eignet sich beispielsweise eine mehrschichtige Verbundfolie aus verschiedenen Polyethylenmaterialien oder anderen vergleichbaren Produkten. Nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen dieser Nachfüllverpackung wird diese unbrauchbar und es ist zwingend erforderlich, den Inhalt in ein beim Anwender vorhandenes kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis umzufüllen. Anschließend kann dann der leere Aufnahmebeutel entsorgt bzw. recycelt werden.
Um eine besonders stabile und damit noch schwerer zu öffnende Verpackung zu erreichen, ist weiterhin vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß der Aufnahmebeutel durch Anschrumpfen bzw. Evakuieren fest am Innenbehältnis anliegt.
Um einen besonders stabilen und reißfesten Aufnahmebeutel zu erhalten, ist vorgesehen, daß der Aufnahmebeutel aus einer mehrschichtigen Kunststoffolie besteht. So kann beispielsweise eine Verbundfolie mit einer 30 µm SHT-LDPE-Folie (SHT-LDPE: Super Hot Tech Low Density Polyethylen = Polyethylen niedriger Dichte mit besonders guter Siegelfähigkeit) und einer 130 µm mehrschichtigen PE/PA-Folie eingesetzt werden, insbesondere in Verbindung mit einem faltschachtelförmigen Innenbehältnis.
Um nach dem Auftrennen des Aufnahmebeutels mit einem Hilfswerkzeug das Innenbehältnis einfach öffnen zu können, ist dabei vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß das Innenbehältnis mit Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien zum zerstörenden Öffnen desselben versehen ist. Ist das Innenbehältnis quaderförmig, so erstrecken die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien sich vorzugsweise in etwa mittiger Höhe über drei Seitenwände und sie gehen jeweils endseitig in eine Falt- bzw. Rillinie der vierten Seitenwand über. Auf diese Weise ist das Öffnen des Innenbehältnisses besonders einfach, außerdem wird das Innenbehältnis dabei weitgehend zerstört, d. h. zweigeteilt, so daß der Benutzer gezwungen wird, das Produkt in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis umzufüllen.
Weiterhin ist vorteilhaft vorgesehen, daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien von fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen unterbrochen sind. Durch diese Ausstanzungen wird das Öffnen des Innenbehältnisses noch weiter erleichtert, gleichzeitig ist es möglich, bei Verwendung einer wenigstens bereichsweise transparenten Kunststoffolie für den Aufnahmebeutel einen Einblick auf das Produkt von der Außenseite der Verpackung zu ermöglichen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen

In den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist eine Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung dargestellt, die für tablettenförmige Produkte, z. B. Geschirrspülmittel, geeignet ist. Diese Verpackung weist einen in Figur 1 nur angedeuteten geschlossenen Aufnahmebeutel 1 aus einem reißfesten Kunststoff und beutelinnenseitig ein faltschachtel- und quaderförmiges Innenbehältnis 2 auf.
Dabei ist der Aufnahmebeutel 1 eng am faltschachtelförmigen Innenbehältnis 2 anliegend, beispielsweise angeschrumpft. Der Aufnahmebeutel 1 besteht aus einer reißfesten Kunststoffolie, beispielsweise einer Verbundfolie mit 30 µm SHT-LDPE und 130 µm mehrschichtigem PE/PA. Ein solcher Aufnahmebeutel 1 läßt sich nicht unbeabsichtigt öffnen, d. h. insbesondere nicht von Kindern ohne Werkzeug, vielmehr ist es erforderlich, zum Öffnen bzw. Zerstören des Aufnahmebeutels 1 eine Schere oder ein ähnliches Hilfsmittel zu benutzen.
Das faltschachtelförmige Innenbehältnis 2 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Kartonzuschnitt, wie dieser in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist. Dieser Kartonzuschnitt 3 weist zunächst in üblicher Weise nebeneinander über Faltlinien 4 angelenkte Seitenwände bzw. Seitenwandteile 5, 6, 7, 8 und 9 auf, wobei an den Seitenwänden bzw. Seitenwandteilen 6, 7, 8 und 9 Kopflaschen 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a bzw. Bodeniaschen 6b, 7b, 8b, 9b in üblicher Weise angelenkt sind.
Etwa in mittiger Höhe erstrecken sich über drei Seitenwände bzw. Seitenwandteile 5, 6, 7, 9 Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10, die vorzugsweise von ggf. unterschiedlich großen fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen 11 unterbrochen sind. Diese Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10 gehen jeweils endseitig in eine Falt- bzw. Rillinie 12 in der vierten Seitenwand 8 über.
Dieser Faltzuschnitt 3 wird in üblicher Weise durch entsprechendes Einklappen der Seitenwandteile sowie Kopf- und Fußlaschen und geeignete Verklebung der Laschen zu dem quaderförmigen Faltschachtel-Innenbehältnis 2 zusammengesetzt, wobei dabei in geeigneter Weise eine Befüllung des Innenbehältnisses 2 mit tablettenförmigem Produkt in einer Verpackungsmaschine erfolgt. Diese tablettenförmigen Produkte sind in Fig. 1 durch eine fensterförmige Ausstanzung 11 erkennbar und mit 13 bezeichnet. Dabei ist das Innenbehältnis 2 vorzugsweise so dimensioniert, daß die tablettenförmigen Produkte 13 derart geordnet in das Innenbehältnis 2 eingegeben werden können, daß diese dicht an dicht benachbart aneinanderliegen und randseitig an die Verpackungswände anstoßen, d.h. fest in dem Innenbehältnis 2 angeordnet sind. Anschließend wird dann das gefüllte Innenbehältnis 2 mit dem Aufnahmebeutel 1 dicht geschlossen.
Soll nun eine solche Nachfüllverpackung geöffnet werden, ist es zunächst erforderlich, den Aufnahmebeutel 1 zu öffnen, wozu eine Schere, ein Messer oder dergl. erforderlich ist. Ist der Aufnahmebeutel 1 entfernt, läßt sich aufgrund der Ausbildung der Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien 10 sowie der fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen 11 das Innenbehältnis 2 leicht durch Auseinanderbrechen entlang der Linien 10 und Schwenken um die Falt- bzw. Rillinie 12 in der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Weise öffnen. Es entsteht somit eine mittig auseinandergebrochene Packung, die als Gebrauchspackung nicht mehr verwendet werden kann. Das Innenbehältnis 2 kann dann entlang der Falt- bzw. Rillinie 12 auf einfache Weise halbiert werden und der Behälterinhalt, d.h. die tablettenförmigen Produkte 13, werden dann in ein kindergesichertes Dauergebrauchsbehältnis umgefüllt.
Die Bestandteile der Nachfüllverpackung, d.h. der zerstörte Aufnahmebeutel 1 und das ebenfalls zerstörte Innenbehältnis 2, können dann getrennt entsorgt werden, ohne daß dabei umfangreicher Verpackungsmüll entsteht.

Claims (6)

  1. Verpackungssystem, welches ein pulver- oder tablettenförmiges Produkt und eine Nachfüllverpackung umfaßt, welche ein faltschachtelförmiges Innenbehältnis (2) aufweist, in welchem das Produkt (13) aufgenommen ist und welches von einem reißfesten Aufnahmebeutel (1) aus Kunststoffolie dicht umschlossen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Verpackungssystem auch ein Dauergebrauchsbehältnis mit einem kindergesicherten Verschluß umfaßt und daß das Innenbehältnis (2) derart ausgebildet ist, daß es nach dem erstmaligen Öffnen als Produktaufnahmebehältnis unbrauchbar wird.
  2. Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Aufnahmebeutel (1) durch Anschrumpfen oder Evakuieren fest am Innenbehältnis (2) anliegt.
  3. Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Aufnahmebeutel (1) aus einer mehrschichtigen Kunststoffolie besteht.
  4. Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Innenbehältnis (2) mit Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) zum zerstörenden Öffnen desselben versehen ist.
  5. Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) des quaderförmigen Innenbehältnisses (2) in etwa mittiger Höhe sich über drei Seitenwände erstrecken und jeweils endseitig in eine Falt- bzw. Rillinie (12) in der vierten Seitenwand übergehen.
  6. Verpackungssystem nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rill- bzw. Stanzlinien (10) von fensterförmigen Ausstanzungen (11) unterbrochen sind.
