Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle mit einer Verpackungsbahn mit einem Verpackungsbahnspender, der die Verpackungsbahn mit einem spitzen Winkel ihrer Querrichtung zur Axialrichtung der Materialbahnrolle ausgibt und der eine Klebstoffauftragsstation aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffauftragsstation (12) eine erste Klebstoffauftragseinrichtung als Betriebsbeleimungseinrichtung (15) und eine zweite Klebstoffauftragseinrichtung als Endbeleimungseinrichtung (16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebsbeleimungseinrichtung (15) mindestens zwei im wesentlichen parallel zur Kante der Verpackungsbahn (3) verlaufende Klebstoffraupen (25) erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffabgabe der Betriebsbeleimungseinrichtung (15) in Abhängigkeit von der Geschwindigkeit der Verpackungsbahn (3) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebsbeleimungseinrichtung (15) getaktet ist und Klebstoff in Form von Tropfen (24) ausgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zeitliche Abstand und/oder die Größe der Tropfen (24) in Abhängigkeit von der Geschwindigkeit der Verpackungsbahn (3) veränderbar
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der Klebstofftropfen (24) auf der Verpackungsbahn (3) zumindest annähernd konstant ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leimraupen (25) den Rändern der Verpackungsbahn (3) benachbart angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbeleimungseinrichtung (16) einen flächigen Klebstoffauftrag (32) bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endbeleimungseinrichtung (16) eine Klebstoffsprüheinrichtung (29) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffsprüheinrichtung (29) im wesentlichen die Breite der Verpackungsbahn (3) mit Klebstoff beaufschlagt.
