Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Detektion von Fehlbogen, insbesondere von Kurzbogen, in einer Wendeeinrichtung (4) einer Druckmaschine (6),
mit einer ersten Anzahl von aufeiner Speichertrommel (2) der Wendeeinrichtung (4) angeordneten und über eine erste Verbindungsleitung (12) strömungsmäßig miteinander verbundenen Haltesaugern (10), mit einer zweiten Anzahl von auf der Speichertrommel (2) angeordneten und über eine zweite Verbindungsleitung (18) strömungsmäßig miteinander verbunden Abfragesaugern (16), deren Saugöffnungen beim Vorliegen eines ordnungsgemäßen Bogens (8) durch diesen zumindest teilweise abgedeckt werden, sowie mit einer mit der zweiten Verbindungsleitung (18) strömungsmäßig verbundenen Drucküberwachungseinrichtung (20), die in Abhängigkeit von dem in der zweiten Verbindungsleitung (18) herrschenden Druck den Betrieb der Druckmaschine (6) steuert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltesauger (10) und die Abfragesauger (16) im wesentlichen durch die gleiche Art von Saugern gebildet werden, daß die zweite Verbindungsleitung (18) einen kleineren Querschnitt aufweist als die erste Verbindungsleitung (12) und daß die zweite Verbindungsleitung (18) strömungsmäßig mit der ersten Verbindungsleitung (12) und die erste Verbindungsleitung (12) strömungsmaßig mit einer Unterdruckquelle (14) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltesauger (10) und Abfragesauger (16) als Drehsauger ausgebildet sind, die den Bogen vor der Übergabe an einen nachgeordneten bogenführenden Zylinder der Druckmaschine (6) straffen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zweite Verbindungsleitung (18) über ein einstellbares Ventil (26) mit der ersten Verbindungsleitung (12) strömungsmäßig verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verhältnis der Querschnittsflächen der ersten und zweiten Verbindungsleitung (12, 18) im wesentlichen gleich dem Verhältnis der Zahl der an die erste Verbindungsleitung (12) angeschlossenen Haltesauger (10) zur Zahl der an die zweite Verbindungsleitung (12, 18) angeschlossenen Abfragesauger (16) ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verhältnis der Querschnittsflächen der ersten und zweiten Verbindungsleitung (12, 18) einen Wert größer oder gleich zwei besitzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abfragesauger (16) nahe der Bogenhinterkante angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltesauger (10) und/oder die Abfragesauger (16) äquidistant zueinander entlang einer im wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse (38) der Speichertrommel (2) verlaufenden Achse auf der Umfangsoberfläche der Speichertrommel (2) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drucküberwachungseinrichtung (20) in der zweiten Verbindungsleitung (18) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Drucküberwachungseinrichtung (20) einen federbelasteten, in einem Zylinder (26) angeordneten und durch den anliegenden Unterdruck in der zweiten Verbindungsleitung (18) bewegten Kolben (24) enthält, in Abhängigkeit von dessen Position der Betrieb der Druckmaschine (6) gesteuert wird. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Drehventil (28) vorgesehen ist, welches ortsfest mit einer Seitenwand (30) der Druckmaschine (6) verbundene, der ersten und zweiten Verbindungsleitung (12, 18) zugeordnete erste und zweite Steuernuten (34, 36) sowie mit der Speichertrommel (2) rotierende, der ersten und zweiten Steuernut (34, 36) entsprechend zugeordnete erste und zweite Steueröffnungen (40, 42) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste und zweite Steuernut (34, 36) bezüglich der Drehachse (38) der Speichertrommel (2) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind. - Druckmaschine mit einer eine Speichertrommel enthaltenden Wendeeinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Vorrichtung zur Detektion von Fehlbogen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche vorgesehen ist.
