Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Bogenzufuhr bei einer bogenverarbeitenden Druckmaschine, bei welcher die zu bedruckenden Bogen (6) von der Oberseite eines Anlegerstapels (1) entnommen und daraufhin hinsichtlich des Vorhandenseins von Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogen geprüft werden und ein Transport der Bogen (6) über eine vorgegebene Förderstrecke zur Anlage (3) der Druckmaschine erfolgt, wobei ein Stillsetzen des Bogentransportes in Abhängigkeit der Bogenkontrolle (8) vorgesehen ist, bei Feststellung eines Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogens die Entnahme der Bogen (6) vom Anlegerstapel (1) sofort stillgesetzt wird und die in Bogentransportrichtung dem Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogen vorausgehenden Bogen noch in die Druckmaschine hineingefördert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Abschalten der Farbzufuhr noch vor Einlaufen des letzten in Bogentransportrichtung vor dem Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogen liegenden Bogens (6) in die Maschine erfolgt, und daß das Stillsetzen der Bogenförderung genau dann erfolgt, wenn der Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogen die Anlage (3) erreicht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anzahl der in Transportrichtung vor dem Doppel- bzw. Fehlbogen liegenden und noch in die Maschine hineinzufördernden Bogen (6) aus dem Abstand zwischen der Anlage (3) und der Bogenkontrolle (8) in Verbindung mit dem Unterschuppungsgrad bei unterschuppter Bogenzufuhr sowie der Formatlänge der Bogen (6) bestimmt wird.
