Abstract

Eine Flammspritzvorrichtung (10), insbesondere eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Flammspritzpistole, für das thermische Spritzen metallischer und nichtmetallischer Spritzwerkstoffe in Pulver- oder Drahtform mittels in einer Brennkammer erzeugter und in einem Einschnürrohr beschleunigter Flamme aus einem flüssigen oder gasförmigen Brennstoff sowie einem Oxidationsgas, weist ein zumindest drei Teile umfassendes wassergekühltes Brennersystem mit Brennkammer (26), Einschnürrohr (34) und einem Flammeneinschnürkanal (32) auf. Das Einschnürrohr (34) ist auswechselbar angebracht und wenigstens einer von einem Kraftspeicher (42,66), druckbeaufschlagten Dichtung (40,40a) zugeordnet. Dieser Dichtung für das eingesteckte Einschnürrohr (34) ist wenigstens eine helicoidale oder aber zumindest eine Blattfeder (42,66) als Kraftspeicher zugeordnet.
