Claims (10)

  1. Rollvorrichtung zur Montage am unteren Querholm (2) eines Schiebeflügels (3) einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen, mit einerseits Rollelementen (8) in Form mindestens einer in einem Gehäuse (10) drehbar gelagerten Rolle (9) und andererseits Mitteln (11) zur Höheneinstellung der Rollelemente (8) in Form von Mitteln zum Umwandeln eines horizontalen Längsschubes, der auf das Gehäuse (10) durch Betätigungsmittel (12) ausgeübt wird, in eine Verschiebung mit Vertikalkomponente des Gehäuses (10), wobei die Betätigungsmittel (12) eine Einstellschraube (24) umfassen, die sich durch eine am vorderen oder hinteren Vertikalholm (26) des Schiebeflügels (3) angebrachte Befestigungskonsole (25) hindurch erstreckt, um mit einer Mutter (27) zusammenzuwirken, die an einer Übertragungsstange (28) vorgesehen ist, die sich unter dem unteren Querholm (2) des Schiebeflügels (3) erstreckt und mit dem Gehäuse (10) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    die Mittel zum Umwandeln eines horizontalen Längsschubes in eine Vertikalbewegung ein erstes Element (16, 21) umfassen, das am Gehäuse (10) befestigt ist und mit einem am Flügel (3) befestigten zweiten Element (17) zusammenwirkt, um den auf das Gehäuse ausgeübten horizontalen Schub in eine Bewegung mit Vertikalkomponente des Gehäuses (10) relativ zu dem zweiten Element (17) umzuwandeln;
    und die Befestigungskonsole (27) die Form einer Schiene hat und an ihrem unteren Ende eine Öffnung für den Durchtritt der Einstellschraube (24) aufweist.
  2. Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schiene der Befestigungskonsole (25) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und einerseits Öffnungen für den Durchtritt von Schrauben zur Befestigung der Schiene an dem vorderen oder hinteren Vertikalholm (26) des Schiebeflügels (3) und andererseits an ihrem unteren Ende einen rechtwinklig abgewinkelten Schenkel (29) aufweist, der sich teilweise entlang der unteren Fläche (14) des unteren Querholms (12) des Schiebeflügels (3) erstreckt.

Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungskonsole (25) im wesentlichen aus einer Stulpschiene eines Verriegelungsbeschlages vom Typ eines Kantengetriebes oder Kantenverschlusses besteht, die in eine hierzu am vorderen und/oder hinteren Vertikalholm (26) des Schiebeflügels (3) vorgesehene Vertiefung oder Nut (30) eingelegt ist, wobei diese Stulpschiene an ihrem unteren Ende eine Öffnung (31) für den Durchtritt der Einstellschraube (24) aufweist.
  4. Rollvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungsstange (28) sich im Innern einer Nut oder einer Vertiefung (13) erstreckt, die an der unteren Fläche (14) des unteren Querholms (2) des Schiebeflügels (3) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Rollvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Übertragungsstange (28) vorgesehene Mutter (27) für die Aufnahme der Einstellschraube (24) aus einem rechtwinklig abgewinkelten Schenkel (32) am freien Ende (33) der Übertragungsstange (28) besteht, wobei in diesem Schenkel (32) ein Gewindeloch (34) für die Aufnahme der Einstellschraube (24) vorgesehen ist.
  6. Rollvorrichtung nach.einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (12) durch Mittel (35) zum Festlegen der Einstellschraube (24) gegen Verschiebung relativ zur Befestigungskonsole (25) vervollständigt werden.
  7. Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (35) zur Festlegung gegen Verschiebung aus einer Schraubenfeder bestehen, die auf die Einstellschraube (25) geschoben und zwischen die Befestigungskonsole (25) und die Mutter (27) der Übertragungsstange (28) eingefügt ist.
  8. Rollvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Mittel zum Umwandeln eines horizontalen Längsschubes auf das Gehäuse (10) in eine Bewegung mit Vertikalkomponente die Form einer geneigten Abstützrampe (15) an einem am Schiebeflügel (3) befestigten Abstützteil (17) haben, wobei die geneigte Abstützrampe (15) mit einer dem Gehäuse (10) zugeordneten Gegenrampe (16) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (37) zum Verrasten der Position des Gehäuses (10) relativ zu seinem Abstützteil (17) aufweist, die die Form eines mit der Abstützrampe (15) fest verbundenen teilbaren Zapfens (38) haben, der in einen Schlitz mit glatten Kanten (39) an der Gegenrampe (16) eingreift.
  9. Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verrastzapfen (38) zu der Verbindung des Gehäuses (10) mit seinem Abstützteil (17) beiträgt, indem der Verrastkopf (38) die Form eines "T" hat, dessen horizontale Balken (40, 41) unter abgewinkelte Ränder (42, 43) des glattkantigen Schlitzes (39) an der Gegenrampe (16) greifen.
  10. Rollvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, mit Mitteln zum Umwandeln eines horizontalen Längsschubes auf das Gehäuse (10) in eine Verschiebung mit Vertikalkomponente, in Form mindestens eines geneigten Schlitzes (20), der an dem Abstützteil (17) oder am Gehäuse (10) ausgebildet ist und durch den sich ein Stift (21) erstreckt, der an seinen Enden am Gehäuse (10) bzw. an dem Abstützteil (17) befestigt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er Mittel (37) zum Verrasten der Position des Gehäuses (10) relativ zu seinem Abstützteil (17) aufweist, die die Form einer Verengung am Ende des Verschiebungsbereiches des geneigten Schlitzes (20) hat, der am Abstützteil (17) bzw. am Gehäuse (10) vorgesehen ist, um den Stift (21) in den geneigten Schlitz (20) momentan gegen Verschiebung festzulegen.
