Claims (9)
- Rollvorrichtung für einen Schiebeflügel (2) für eine Tür, ein Fenster und dgl., mit einem Wagen (7), der Rollmittel (8) aufnimmt und zum Einsetzen in einen Ausschnitt (24) bestimmt ist, der in der unteren Fläche (23) eines Profils vorgesehen ist, das den unteren Querholm (3) des Flügels (2) bildet, an dem der Wagen (7) durch Befestigungsmittel befestigt wird, die an jedem Querende (17, 17a) des Wagens (7) aus Einhängemitteln (27, 28) bestehen, die sich an den Querrändern (29, 30) des Ausschnitts (24) einhängen können, um einem Lösen des Wagens (7) entgegenzuwirken, wobei dieser Wagen zur Anlage gegen eine metallische Verstärkung (6) oder eine horizontale Wand (44) im inneren Teil (5) des Profils (4) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Einhängemittel (27, 28) von einem horizontalen Vorsprung (31) gebildet sind, der in der Längsachse des Wagens (7) in Höhe seiner Querenden (17, 17a) vorspringt, wobei mindestens einer der horizontalen Vorsprünge (31) von elastischen Rückstellmitteln (33) beaufschlagt ist, die mindestens in Längsrichtung des Wagens (7) wirken und ein Ausweichen der Einhängemittel (27) ermöglichen, um den Durchtritt des Wagens für dessen Einrasten und seine Demontage zu ermöglichen;und das die Einhängemittel (27, 28) vervollständigt werden durch Rückhaltemittel (47), die die Rollvorrichtung (1) in dem Ausschnitt (24) des Profils (4) beim Aushängen des Schiebeflügels (2) in Vertikalrichtung festlegen können, wobei weiterhin der Wagen (7) in Anlage gegen die metallische Verstärkung (6) oder die horizontale Wand (44) im inneren Teil (5) des Profils (4) bleiben kann, insbesondere beim Wiederaufsetzen des Schiebeflügels (2) auf seine Führungsschiene (21). - Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (33) die Form einer Schraubenfeder haben, die in Längsrichtung im Inneren des Wagens (7) angeordnet ist und auf einen Schieber wirkt, der verschiebbar im Innern des Wagens angeordnet ist, wobei der Schieber in seinem aus dem Querende (17) des Wagens (7) herausragenden Teil des mit den Einhängemitteln (28) in Form eines horizontalen Vorsprungs (31) versehen ist. - Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (33) die Form einer Blattfeder (34) haben, die mittels einer geeigneten Halterung (35) am Querende (17a) des Wagens (7) befestigt ist und deren freies Ende (36) mit einem horizontalen Vorsprung (31) versehen ist, der die Einhängemittel (27) bildet, wobei die Blattfeder (34) so angeordnet ist, daß sie eine Verschiebung des horizontalen Vorsprungs (31) in der Längsachse des Wagens (7) ermöglicht. - Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ruhestellung, die der demontierten Position der Rollvorrichtung (1) entspricht, die Blattfeder (34) sich vom unteren Teil (37) des Wagens (7) aus, wo sie an ihrer Halterung (35) befestigt ist, schräg geneigt und mit zunehmendem Abstand von dem Wagen (7) erstreckt. - Rollvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blattfeder (34) aus Kunststoff besteht und vorzugsweise mit dem horizontalen Vorsprung (31) und ihrer Halterung (35) ein Formteil bildet. - Rollvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (35) im wesentlichen die Querwand (38) des Wagens (7) bildet, wobei die Längswände (39, 40) des Wagens an der Halterung (35) vorzugsweise durch Bördelung befestigt sind. - Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhängemittel (28) am gegenüberliegenden Querende des Wagens (7), die von einem horizontalen Vorsprung (31) gebildet sind, einen Schuh (41) aufweisen, der mit einem Gehäuse (42) verbunden ist, das zwischen den Längswänden (39, 40) des Wagens (7) angeordnet und ein Distanzstück bildet. - Rollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontale Vorsprung (31), der Schuh (41) und das Gehäuse (42) ein einziges Formteil aus Kunststoff bilden. - Rollvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1, 3 und 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltemittel (27) die Form von scharfen Riffelungen haben oder aus einem Material mit erhöhtem Reibungskoeffizienten, wie z.B. einem elastomeren Einsatz bestehen, der an der Seitenfläche (45, 46) der Blattfeder (34) bzw. des Schuhs (41) vorgesehen und zur Anlage an den Querflächen des Ausschnitts (24) bestimmt ist, um die Rollvorrichtung (1) in Vertikalrichtung in dem Ausschnitt festzulegen.
