Abstract

    Claims (9)

    1. Rolling device for a sliding leaf (2) of a door, window or the like, including a slide (7) receiving rolling means (8) and aimed at being accommodated in a cut-out (24) provided for in the lower edge (23) of a profile bar (4) defining the lower rail (3) of said leaf (2) which the slide (7) is made integral with through fixing means formed, at each transversal end (17, 17A) of the slide (7), by hooking-in means (27, 28) capable of hooking in onto the transversal edges (29, 30) of the cut-out (24) with a view to impeding said slide (7) from being released, the latter being capable of resting against a metallic reinforcing part (6) or a horizontal wall (44) located in the inner portion (5) of said profile bar (4), characterised in that:
      said hooking-in means (27, 28) are defined by a horizontal rim (31) protruding along the longitudinal axis of the slide (7), this at the level of its transversal ends (17, 17A), at least one horizontal rim (31) being subjected to springy restoring means (33) acting at least in the longitudinal direction of the slide (7) and allowing retracting said hooking-in means (27) in order to authorise the passing through of the latter, by snapping on, and its dismantling ;
      said hooking-in means (27, 28) are completed with retaining means (47) capable of vertically immobilising said rolling device (1) in the cut-out (24) of the profile bar (4) when taking off of the sliding leaf (2), while authorising the slide (7) to rest against said metallic reinforcing part (6) or said horizontal wall (44) located in the inner portion (5) of the profile bar (4), namely when placing the sliding leaf (2) again on its guiding rail (21).
    2. Rolling device according to claim 1, characterised in that the springy restoring means (33) are in the form of a helical spring arranged longitudinally inside the slide (7) and acting on a shoe slidably fitted inside the latter, this shoe being provided, at its protruding portion at the transversal end (17) of the slide (7), with hooking-in means (28) in the form of a horizontal rim (31).
    3. Rolling device according to claim 1, characterised in that the springy restoring means (33) are in the form of a springy blade (34) made integral, through an adequate support (35), with the transversal end (17A) of the slide (7) the free end (36) of which is provided with the horizontal rim (31) defining the hooking-in means (27), the springy blade (34) being so arranged that it authorises a displacement, along the longitudinal axis of the slide (7), of this horizontal rim (31).
    4. Rolling device according to claim 3, characterised in that in resting position corresponding to the dismantled position of said rolling device (1), the springy blade (34) extends from the lower portion (37) of the slide (7), where it is made integral with its support (35), in a slanting way and substantially away from this slide (7).
    5. Rolling device according to any of claims 3 and 4, characterised in that the springy blade (34) is made of synthetic material and, preferably, by moulding together with the horizontal rim (31) and its support (35).
    6. Rolling device according to any of claims 3 to 5, characterised in that the support (35) substantially forms the transversal wall (38) of the slide (7), with this support (35) being made integral, namely through crimping, the longitudinal walls (39, 40) of the latter.
    7. Rolling device according to claim 1, characterised in that the hooking-in means (28) at the opposite transversal end (17) of the slide (7), defined by a horizontal rim (31), include a shoe (41) integral with a casing (42) arranged between the longitudinal walls (39, 40) of the slide (7) while forming a distance piece.
    8. Rolling device according to claim 7, characterised in that the horizontal rim (31), the shoe (41) and the casing (42) form one single moulded part of synthetic material.
    9. Rolling device according to claims 1, 3 and 7 or 8, characterised in that the retaining means (47) are in the form of grooves forming a set-back or of a material with a high rubbing coefficient, such as a gliding shoe made of elastomer the side (45, 46) corresponding to the springy blade (34) and to the shoe (41), respectively, is provided with and aimed at resting against the transversal edges of the cut-out (24) in order to vertically immobilise this rolling device (1) in the latter.
