    Claims (13)

    1.       characterised in that the fixing part (3), such as screw, bolt, spindle or pin, consists of an elongated body (5) provided successively, from its end (5B) for introduction into the structural element (1), with a member (9) for limiting the axial penetration into the structural element (1), and with a head (4) so as to provide, behind the head (4) of the fixing part (3), a space enabling the linking element (12) fixed to the safety device (2) to be able to assume a position above the fixing part (3) with a view to interaction at least with the head (4) of the said fixing part (3), the shaped opening (13) in the linking element (12) being fitted straddling the body (5) of the fixing part (3) behind the head (4) of the fixing part (3), such that any separation of the safety device (2) from the structural element (1) when it is subjected to an overturning force is prevented.
    2. Anchoring device according to Claim 1,
      characterised in that the member for limiting the axial penetration of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) into the structural element (1) consists of at least one shoulder provided at the periphery of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) between the head (4) and the end (5B) for introduction of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) into the structural element (1).
    3. Anchoring device according to Claim 1,
      characterised in that the member for limiting the axial penetration of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) into the structural element (1) consists of a part added onto the body (5) and forming a crosspiece between Lhe structural element (1) and the head (4) of the fixing part (3).
    4. Anchoring device according to Claim 3,
      characterised in that the added part, such as a sleeve having at least one external peripheral shoulder or a roller (9) with a groove, is equipped to provide aL least one continuous or discontinuous external circumferential groove (6) arranged between the head (4) of the fixing part (3) and the part (5A) of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) intended to be introduced into the structural element (1), the shaped opening (13) of the linking element (12) being fitted astride in the said groove (6) so that it at least partially surrounds Lhe bottom of the said groove (6).
    5. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 3 and 4,
      characterised in that the added part, preferably with a groove, is introduced by sliding onto the body (5) of the fixing part (3) until it reaches a position in abutment with the head (4) of the fixing part (3).
    6. Anchoring device according to Claim 4,
      characterised in that the groove (6) has a section of generally trapezoidal appearance, the small base of the trapezium constituting the bottom of the groove (6).
    7. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 3 to 6,
      characterised in that the added part and the head (4) of the fixing part (3) have complementary shapes that can be nested in one another, ensuring immobilisation or the part added onto the body (5) of the said fixing part (3) such that it is not able to rotate.
    8. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 3 to 7,
      characterised in that the added part is a roller (9) with groove, the cheek (9A) of the roller (9) facing the head (4) of the fixing part (3) having a slot (10) within which the head (4) of the fixing part (3) having a shape complementary to the said slot (10) is housed.
    9. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
      characterised in that the head (4) of the fixing part (3) has at least two essentially parallel flattened surfaces (11C), these flattened surfaces (11C) being equipped to interact with the flat parts (16) of the linking element (12) so as to ensure immobilisation of the linking element (12) when it is positioned astride behind the head (4) of the fixing part (3) such that it is not able to rotate.
    10. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 1 to 9,
      characterised in that the fixing part (3) has at least two essentially parallel flat surfaces (11A, 11B, 11C) provided on the body (5) of the fixing part (3) and/or on the head (4) of the fixing part (3) and/or on the member limiting the axial penetration of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) preferably consisting of an added part introduced by sliding onto the body (5) of the fixing part (3) until it reaches a position in abutment with the head (4) of the fixing part (3), the said flat surfaces being equipped to interact with the U-shaped edges (13A) of the U-shaped opening (13) of the linking element (12) and/or with the flat parts (16) of the linking element (12) so as to ensure immobilisation of the linking element (12) when it is positioned astride behind the head (4) of the fixing part (3) such that it is not able to rotate.
    11. Anchoring device according to Claim 10,
      characterised in that the flat surfaces are provided, on the one hand, in the cheek (9A) of a roller (9) with groove, mounted such that it slides onto the body (5) of the fixing part (3) and coming (sic) into abutment with the head (4) of the fixing part (3) and, on the other hand, on the head (4) of the fixing part (3).
    12. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 1 to 11,
      characterised in that the U-shaped opening (13) of the linking element (12) consists of a notch provided on one extremity of the said linking element (12).
    13. Anchoring device according to one of Claims 1 to 12,
      characterised in that the linking element (12) assumes the shape of a tube (15), at least partially open on one of its faces and closed off at one of its ends by a plate (14) containing the essentially U-shaped opening (13), plate (14) and tube (15) interacting with one another to allow, during fitting of the linking element (12) straddling the fixing part (3), straddling of the body (5) of the fixing part (3) by the plate (14) and straddling of the head (4) of the fixing part (3) by the rectilinear side walls (16) of the tube (15).
