Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Motorisieren eines Fensters (2) oder eines Schiebefensters, umfassend einen Fensterrahmen (3) und mindestens einen Schieberahmen (4) in dem Fensterrahmen, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) von der Art ist, die Folgendes umfasst:- eine Zahnstange (5), vorgesehen, um auf dem Schieberahmen befestigt zu werden,- einen Elektromotor (6), der ein Betätigungsritzel (7) antreibt, vorgesehen, um mit der Zahnstange (5) in Eingriff zu kommen, um den Rahmen (4) innerhalb des Fensterrahmens (3) translationsmäßig zu bewegen,- einen Montageschenkel (8), der von den Rahmenpfosten des Fensters oder des Schiebefensters gesondert ist, der durch ein röhrenförmiges Gehäuse (9), in dessen Innenraum der Elektromotor (6) befestigt ist, und zwei Endstücke (12, 13) gebildet ist, wobei jedes Ende (10 ; 11) des besagten röhrenförmigen Gehäuses (9) einem von den besagten Endstücken (12 ; 13) zugeordnet sei, das mit Mitteln (15 ; 16) für die Befestigung auf dem Fensterrahmen oder auf einem angrenzenden Träger versehen ist, wobei der besagte Montageschenkel (8) eine Transmissionsöffnung (17) aufweist, durch welche die Zahnstange (5) vorgesehen ist, um mit dem Betätigungsritzel (7) in Eingriff zu kommen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Montageschenkel Mittel (30) zum Justieren der Position der besagten Mittel zur Befestigung (15) mindestens von einem (12) der Endstücke hinsichtlich des Endes (10) des röhrenförmigen Gehäuses (9) aufweist, welches dem besagten Endstück (12) auf solche Art und Weise zugeordnet ist, um die Anpassung der Länge des Montageschenkels (8) zu erlauben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die besagten Justiermittel wenigstens durch das eine (12) von den Endstücken gebildet sind, welches zwei hinsichtlich einander verstellbare Elemente (18, 19) und Mittel zur Führung zwischen den besagten zwei Elementen (18, 19) umfasst, wobei das eine (18) von den Elementen, das als unbeweglich bezeichnet wird, mit dem einen (10) von den Enden des röhrenförmigen Gehäuses (9) formschlüssig verbunden sei, wobei das andere Element (19), das als beweglich bezeichnet sei, welches die besagten Mittel zur Befestigung (15) des besagten Endstücks aufweist, hinsichtlich des röhrenförmigen Gehäuses (9) verschiebbar ist, um die Länge des Montageschenkels anzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der das besagte unbewegliche Element (18) des besagten Endstücks hohl ist, vorgesehen, um das Betätigungsritzel (7) des Elektromotors (6) aufzunehmen, wobei die besagte Transmissionsöffnung (17) an dem besagten unbeweglichen Element (18) ausgeführt sei.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Elektromotor (6) auf dem besagten unbeweglichen Element (18) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, bei der das Endstück (12) eine Schutzverschalung (20) um die Antriebsöffnung (17) herum aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, bei der das besagte unbewegliche Element (18) und das besagte bewegliche Element (19) zwei Segmente von einer teleskopischen Gesamtheit bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, aufweisend Mittel zum Anschrauben zwischen dem unbeweglichen Element (18) und dem besagten beweglichen Element (19).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, aufweisend Mittel zum Sperren der Position des besagten beweglichen Elements (19) hinsichtlich des besagten unbeweglichen Elements (18).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das röhrenförmige Gehäuse und das eine von den Endstücken zumindest zwei Segmente von einer teleskopischen Gesamtheit bilden, die es erlauben, die Länge des Montageschenkels anzupassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, aufweisend zwischen dem Elektromotor und der besagten Zahnstange Auskuppelmittel, die durch ein handbetätigtes Mittel (22) zum Antrieb des besagten Elektromotors (6) hinsichtlich des besagten röhrenförmigen Gehäuses (9) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der:- die besagte Zahnstange sich aus der Anordnung einer Folge von Elementen (30, 31) ergibt, die mit miteinander lösbar verrastbaren Endprofilen der Art Nut und Zapfen (32, 33) ausgestattetet sind, die gleichzeitig in Eingriff bringbar sind,- ein Profilbauteil (34) mit einem U-ähnlichen Querschnitt für die Befestigung der Zahnstange (5) auf dem Schieberahmen (4) vorgesehen ist, das auf seinen inneren Seitenwänden Längsrippen (35) aufweist, die vorgesehen sind, um in die entsprechenden Rillen der Zahnstange einzudringen,- Mittel, um die Zahnstange (5) in Translation gegenüber dem Profilbauteil (34) zu sperren.
- Schiebeflügel, insbesondere ein Fenster oder ein Schiebefenster, in einer Öffnung einer Gebäudewand, umfassend einen in der Öffnung feststehenden Fensterrahmen (3) und mindestens einen Rahmen (4), der in dem Fensterrahmen (3) gleitet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 umfasst, deren Zahnstange an dem besagten Schieberahmen (4) befestigt ist, wobei das besagte röhrenförmige Gehäuse (9), das den besagten Elektromotor (6) aufnimmt, an seinen Enden mit Hilfe der besagten Mittel (15, 16) für die Befestigung der besagten Endstücke (12, 13) an dem Fensterrahmen und/oder an einem angrenzenden Träger befestigt sei, der senkrecht in dem Montageschenkel (8) vor dem besagten Schiebeflügel (2) angebracht ist, wobei das besagte Betätigungsritzel (7) mit der Zahnstange (5) des besagten Schieberahmens (4) in Eingriff kommt.
