Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Halteplatte (4) auf einer Befestigungslasche (3), die sich einerseits im wesentlichen in der axialen Verlängerung oberhalb des oberen Endes (2) einer seitlichen Führung (1) für Leisten einer Decke einer ausklappbaren Struktur, der Art Rollladen oder dergleichen, erstreckt und andererseits wenigstens in ihrem Teil (7), der sich oberhalb der seitlichen Führung (1) erstreckt, die Form eines Winkeleisens mit einem Schenkel (10) parallel zur Ebene (P) der Entfaltung der Decke und einem senkrechten Schenkel (11), der einen inneren Winkel (12) definiert, annimmt, wobei diese Befestigungsvorrichtung einerseits der besagten Befestigungslasche (3) zugeordnete Einhakmittel (6), mit denen ergänzende Einhakmittel (8), welche die Halteplatte (4) umfasst, geeignet vorgesehen sind, durch Aufschiebung der Halteplatte (4) auf die Befestigungslasche (3) im wesentlichen in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene (P) der Entfaltung der Decke der besagten ausklappbaren Struktur zusammenzuwirken, und andererseits Verriegelungsmittel (9), die geeignet sind, nach dem Einhaken das Loshaken der Halteplatte (4) von der besagten Befestigungslasche (3) zu verhindern, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (9) aus einem elastischen Haken (17A) bestehen, mit dem die Halteplatte (4) versehen ist, und der geeignet vorgesehen ist, mit mindestens einer Öffnung (15A), die in dem senkrechten Schenkel (11) der Befestigungslasche (3) vorgesehen ist, beim der Aufschiebung der Halteplatte (4) auf diese letztere in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene (P) zusammenzuwirken.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Haken (17a), der sich parallel zur Halteplatte (4) erstreckt, einerseits ein verjüngendes Ende (21), um die Einführung des senkrechten Schenkels (11) der Befestigungslasche (3) zwischen diesem Haken (17A) und der besagten Halteplatte (4) zu ermöglichen, umfasst und andererseits als einen Rücksatz ausgestaltet ist, um elastisch in die Öffnung (15A) in dieser Befestigungslasche (3) eingeführt zu werden, wenn die besagte Halteplatte (4) im wesentlichen in dem durch die beiden Schenkel (10, 11) gebildeten inneren Winkel (12) zur Anlage kommt.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Haken (17A) als ein unabhängiges Teil aus Kunstoff ausgestaltet, oder durch Schneiden und Biegen eines metallischen Plättchen hergestellt ist und geeignet vorgesehen ist, durch Nieten, Fassen, Kleben oder Festklemmen auf der Halteplatte (4) angebracht zu werden.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Haken (17A) durch einen Schneidvorgang unmittelbar in der besagten Halteplatte (4) hergestellt wird, wonach angepasste Biege- und/oder Stanzverfahren folgen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel (9) Greifmittel aufweisen, die es erlauben, sie inaktiv zu machen und das Loshaken der Halteplatte (4) von der Befestigungslasche (3) zu ermöglichen.
