Claims (13)

  1. Verriegelungsbeschlag (1) für Schiebeflügel (2) für Tür, Fenster oder dergleichen, mit einem Profil (5), einer relativ zum Profil (5) bewegbaren Schiebergruppe (4), einem an der Schiebergruppe (4) vorgesehenen Riegel (3) und einer Fehlbedienungssperre (6), die umfaßt: einen beweglichen Tastfinger (7), der durch Federmittel (9) ständig in seine ausgefahrene Position belastet ist, ein Anschlagelement (11), das am Tastfinger (7) vorgesehen ist und mit komplementären Mitteln der Schiebergruppe (4) derart zusammenwirkt, daß das Anschlagelement (11) in der ausgefahrenen Stellung des Tastfingers (7) eine Verschiebung des Riegels (3) in die Verriegelungsstellung verhindert, aber in der eingezogenen Stellung des Tastfingers (7) diese Verschiebung nicht behindert, und ein bewegliches Organ (13), das einerseits mit dem Tastfinger (7) und andererseits mit dem Anschlagelement (11) verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er durch einen Schlitz (19) in einer Wand (20) an der Unterseite des Schiebeflügels (2) einführbar und an den Rändern des Schlitzes (19) befestigbar ist und daß er ein als Gleitschiene (12) ausgebildetes Gehäuse aufweist, welches sich im wesentlichen quer zum Profil (5) erstreckt, Mittel zum Zusammenwirken mit komplementären Mitteln am Profil (5) zum Befestigen des Gehäuses (12) am Profil (5) aufweist, und in dessen Inneren das bewegliche Organ (13) der Fehlbedienungssperre (6) in der Querrichtung (8) des Profils (5) verschiebbar gelagert ist gegen die Wirkung von Federmitteln (19), die ebenfalls im Inneren des Gehäuses angeordnet sind.
  2. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Beschlag (1) und die Fehlbedienungssperre (6) so ausgebildet sind, daß der Tastfinger (7) in gleicher Weise auf der einen oder anderen Seite des Profils (5) montiert werden kann.
  3. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ (13) längs eines Hohlraums (33) bewegbar ist, welcher sich in der Querrichtung (8) im Inneren des Gehäuses (12), erstreckt, daß der Tastfinger (7) sich durch ein Loch (34) in einer ersten Endwand (35) des Gehäuses (12) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zu der Querrichtung (8) erstreckt, und daß das Anschlagelement (11) mit dem beweglichen Organ (13) durch ein Verbindungsteil (36) verbunden ist, welches sich durch einen Schlitz (37) erstreckt, der in einer Seitenwand (38) des Gehäuses (12) ausgebildet ist und sich in der Querrichtung (8) erstreckt, und längs dieses Schlitzes (37) in der Querrichtung (8) verschiebbar ist.
  4. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (33) und der Schlitz (37) an einer zweiten Endwand (39) des Gehäuses (12) in einer Abdeckung (40) enden, die so ausgebildet ist, daß sie die Einführung des beweglichen Organs (13), das das Anschlagelement (11) trägt, in das Innere des Gehäuses (12) ermöglicht.
  5. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (33) vor der zweiten Endwand (39) eine ringförmige Erweiterung (41) aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Innenfläche (42) der zweiten Endwand (39) als Sitz für eine erweiterte Endwindung (43) einer Schraubenfeder (9) dient, die in den Hohlraum (33) zwischen dem beweglichen Organ (13) und der zweiten Endwand (39) eingesetzt ist.
  6. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Befestigen des Gehäuses am Profil Einrastmittel sind.
  7. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Halter (14) aufweist, der am Profil (5) befestigt ist und einen Sitz (15) zur Aufnahme des Gehäuses (12) aufweist.
  8. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) in der Nähe seiner ersten Endwand (35) Anschlagmittel (44) aufweist, die zum Eingriff an dem Halter (14) gelangen, und in der Nähe seiner anderen Endwand (39) elastische Mittel (45), die zum Einrasten mit entsprechenden Mitteln des Halters (14) eingerichtet sind.
  9. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (12) in der Nähe seiner zweiten Endwand (39) mindestens einen flexiblen Schenkel (46) mit einem vom Gehäuse (12) nach außen vorspringenden Vorsprung (47) aufweist, und daß der Schenkel (46) ausreichend flexibel ist, um das Einschieben des Gehäuses (12) mit seinem Ende (39) ins Innere des Sitzes (15) zu ermöglichen, wobei der Vorsprung (47) am Außenrand des Sitzes (15) einrastet, sobald er aus diesem herausgetreten ist.
  10. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 9 und Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sitz (15) an jedem Ende in der Querrichtung (8) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen (48) aufweist, und daß das Gehäuse (12) im Bereich seiner ersten Endwand (35) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Nasen (49) aufweist und im Bereich seiner zweiten Endwand (39) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Vorsprünge (47) aufweist, die von je einem Schenkel (46) getragen werden, wobei die Nasen (49) und Vorsprünge (47) dazu eingerichtet sind, von den Ausnehmungen (48) des einen oder anderen Endes des Halters (14) aufgenommen zu werden.
  11. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (14) des Sitzes (15) mit dem Körper (16) eines Befestigungsorgans (17) verbunden ist, welches zum Eingriff mit einerseits dem Profil (5) und andererseits einem Querrand (18) eines Schlitzes (19) an einer Innenwand (20) des Schiebeflügels (2) eingerichtet ist, für die Befestigung durch Einrasten des Profils (5) an den Rändern des Schlitzes (19), und insbesondere mit dem mittleren Teil (21) des Körpers (16) verbunden ist, welcher zwischen den beiden Längsrändern (22, 23) des Profils (5) vorspringt.
  12. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (14) zwei Flansche (14c, 14d) aufweist, die sich in der Längsrichtung (24) des Profils (5) gegeneinander erstrecken und zwischen sich einen Querschnitt (14e) begrenzen, in dem das Anschlagelement (11) verschiebbar ist.
  13. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flansche (14c, 14d) sich nur über einen mittleren Teil des Halters (14) erstrecken und daß der Riegelträger (59) im Bereich der Flansche (14c, 14e) zwei Arme (56, 66) aufweist, die sich in der Richtung (24) beiderseits der Flansche (14c, 14d) erstrecken, wobei das Anschlagorgan (11) in der ausgefahrenen Stellung des Tastfingers (7) im Weg der Arme (56) angeordnet ist und sich in der eingezogenen Stellung des Tastfingers (7) zwischen den Flanschen (14c, 14d) befindet.
