Abstract

Bei einem aushängbaren Türscharnier für Kraftwagentüren, welches aus zwei jeweils an einem Türanordnungsteil, Tür oder Türsäule ,befestigbaren Scharnierhälften (1,2), deren jede zwei in einem Abstand voneinander angeordnete zueinander fluchtende Scharnieraugen (3,4,5,6) aufweist, und zwei Scharnierstiftstummeln (11,12), deren jeder in einem der beiden Scharnieraugen der einen Scharnierhälfte festgelegt ist und bei eingehängtem Scharnier in das komplementäre Scharnierauge der anderen Scharnierhälfte eingreift, besteht, wobei an beiden Scharnierhälften wechselseitig Vorsprünge (8) und Ausnehmungen (16) vorgesehen sind, welche bei eingehängtem Scharnier wenigstens über dessen Betriebsschwenkwinkel hin ineinandergreifen und eine Sicherung gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Aushängen des Scharnieres bilden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die beiden Scharnierhälften jeweils durch einen gefalteten Blechmaterialzuschnitt gebildet sind und mindestens im Bereich der Scharnierachse eine U-förmige Profilquerschnittsform aufweisen und daß die Scharnieraugen in den Profilschenkeln (8,9,10,14) der U-förmigen Profilquerschnittsform der beiden Scharnierhälften angeordnet sind und daß den beiden Scharnierhälften ferner eine Einrichtung (22) zur gegenseitigen Arretierung der beiden Scharnierhälften sowohl in einer der geschlossenen als auch in einer weiteren der teilweise geöffneten Stellung der Türe entsprechenden Verschwenkstellung zugeordnet ist.
