- the contact avoiding section 7 is formed in a concave shape size capable of elastic deformation, that is, formed in a relatively large concave arc or arcuate shape for adequately holding the jewelry, an elastic deformation can occur between the claw section 4 and the support seat 9 to sandwich the jewelry 14 in between, and additionally, the jewelry can be held securely even when there are variations in the angle formed by the girdle and the crown.
- the end 5 of the claw section 4 engaged with the table 16 is positioned at the outer side of the support seat 9 at the lower conical section of the jewelry 14, so that, with respect to fig. 1B, the force operating from the claw section 4 to the jewelry 14 and the force operating from the engaging section 11 to the jewelry 14 balance to stably hold the jewelry and, at the same time, the device 1 allows significant exposure of the surfaces of the jewelry to maintain or improve the aesthetics.

- Dispositif de sertissage de pierre (1) pour sertir une pierre à facettes taillées (14) d'un côté de l'axe de la pierre (14), dans lequel la pierre à facettes taillées (14) comporte une portion de cône tronqué (15) ayant une couronne (17) et une table (16) formée par coupure de la partie supérieure d'une portion conique, une portion conique inférieure (19) située du côté inférieur de la portion de cône tronqué (15) ayant un pavillon (21) et une culasse (20), et une ceinture (22) située entre la couronne (17) et le pavillon (21) ; le dispositif (1) comprenant une seule griffe (4) en contact avec la table (16) et un siège (9) de support de la périphérie de la culasse (20), caractérisé en ce que la griffe (4) est destinée en outre à réaliser un contact avec la couronne (17) et en ce que le dispositif (1) comprend en outre un élément d'appui (11) s'étendant entre la griffe (4) et le siège (9) afin de réaliser un contact avec le pavillon (21), et un arc concave (7) formé entre la griffe (4) et l'élément d'appui (11) afin d'éviter tout contact avec la ceinture (22) ; dans lequel la griffe (4), l'élément d'appui (11) et le siège (9) sont d'une seule pièce.
- Dispositif de sertissage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la terminaison de la griffe (4) en contact avec la table (16) est disposée à l'extérieur du siège (9) au niveau de la portion conique inférieure (19) de la pierre (14) en regardant perpendiculairement à la table (16).
