Claims (7)
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter, insbesondere zum Einsatz bei der Drucklufterzeugung für Schienenfahrzeuge, mit wenigstens zwei in einem Gehäuse (3) angeordneten, ineinanderlaufenden Spiralen (7, 9), welche je von einem Lager (29, 33) getragen sind und deren für die Verdichtungswirkung erforderliche Relativbewegung zueinander durch eine gegenseitige Versetzung ihrer Rotationsachsen (11, 13) erzeugt wird, wobei zum Zwecke der Kompensation der von den Spiralen (7, 9) auf die Lager (29, 33) ausgeübten Axialkräfte an der Innenseite eines mit der ersten (7) der ineinanderlaufenden Spiralen verbundenen Druckkranzes (15) Druckkammern (35) vorgesehen sind, welche unter Druckeinwirkung der vom Spiralverdichter eingespeisten Druckluft die beiden Spiralen (7, 9) zum Zwecke der Entlastung der Lager (29, 33) einander zugewandt drücken, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) die Druckkammern (35) sind zwischen der Innenseite des Druckkranzes (15) und einer an dieser anliegenden Ringscheibe (37) gebildet;b) an ihrer von den Druckkammern (35) abgewandten Seite stützt sich die Ringscheibe (37) an mit der zweiten Spirale (9) verbundenen, radialen Kühlrippen (47) ab; undc) die Ringscheibe (37) überlappt die Druckkammern (35) mit einer der Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen den beiden Spiralen (7, 9) entsprechenden Gleitgeschwindigkeit;d) die Druckkammern (35) sind über durch die Kühlrippen (47) sich erstreckende Bohrungen (43) und über Durchlässe in der Ringscheibe (37) von Verdichtungstaschen (45) des Spiralverdichters mit der Druckluft gespeist.
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgendes Merkmal :die Druckkammern (35) sind je durch eine im Druckkranz (15) eingelassene Druckkammerdichtung mit Trockenlaufeigenschaften begrenzt.
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch drei unter einem Winkelabstand von jeweils 120° zueinander bestehende Druckkammern (35) zwischen der Innenfläche des Druckkranzes (15) und der zugewandten Innenfläche der Ringscheibe (37).
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Spirale (7) angetrieben ist, und daß die zweite Spirale (9) mittels einer Zwangsführung von der ersten Spirale geschleppt ist.
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale :a) von der dem Druckkranz (15) zugewandten Rückseite der zweiten Spirale (9) erstrecken sich drehbar gelagerte Stützrollen (17); undb) die Stützrollen (17) rollen in Bohrungen ab, welche in den Druckkranz (15) eingelassen sind.
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, gekennzeichnet durch drei unter einem Winkelabstand von 120° zueinander an der Rückseite der zweiten Spirale (9) angeordnete, von dieser sich erstreckende Stützrollen (17), welche jeweils in den Bohrungen (19) des mit der ersten Spirale (7) verbundenen Druckkranzes (15) abrollen.
- Ölfrei arbeitender Spiralverdichter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützrollen (17) und die Druckkammern (35) wechselweise auf einem Teilkreis angeordnet sind.
