Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Einpacken von Eßbesteck in eine Papierserviette, mit einer Papier-Zuführeinrichtung, einer Beladestation zum Aufbringen des jeweiligen Eßbestecks auf das zugeführte Serviettenpapier und einer Einpackstation zum Einpacken des Bestecks in das vereinzelte Serviettenpapier und Verschließen des von diesem gebildeten Hüllkörpers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein endloses, die Beladestation (28) und die Einpackstation (29) durchlaufendes und das mittels der Zuführeinrichtung (19) zugeführte Serviettenpapier (18) auf seiner Oberseite tragendes Förderband (3) vorhanden ist, wobei das Förderband (3) schmäler als das Serviettenpapier (18) ist, so daß das Serviettenpapier (18) in Querrichtung beidseitig über das Förderband (3) vorsteht, daß in der Einpackstation (29) seitlich im Bereich der beiden Längsrandbereiche des Förderbandes (3) an dessen Oberseite jeweils eine Wickelrolle (11 bzw. 12) angeordnet ist, wobei die beiden Wickelrollen (11, 12) mit einem mindestens der Bestecklänge entsprechenden Abstand koaxial zueinander angeordnet und in Querrichtung aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar sind, so daß sie in ihrer aufeinander zu bewegten wirksamen Stellung einen mit Bezug auf die Förderbandbreite (A) kleineren Abstand und ihrer voneinander weg bewegten unwirksamen Stellung einen mit Bezug auf die Serviettenpapierbreite (B) größeren Abstand voneinander aufweisen, daß in der Einpackstation (29) in Laufrichtung (16) des Förderbandes (3) nach den Wickelrollen (11, 12) eine Umlenkwalze (10) an der Förderband-Unterseite angeordnet ist, daß die von den beiden Wickelrollen (11, 12) gebildete Wickelrolleneinheit und die Umlenkwalze (10) zur Veränderung des Bandumschlingungswinkels der Wickelrollen (11, 12) relativ zueinander oder gemeinsam zwischen einer einen im wesentlichen gestreckten Förderbandweg ergebenden Strecklage und einer einen die Wickelrollen (11, 12) um einen größeren Umschlingungswinkel als 180° umschlingenden Förderbandweg ergebenden Umschlingungslage bewegbar angeordnet sind und daß das Förderband (3) nach der Umlenkwalze (10) zwischen zwei Servietten-Verschließeinrichtungen (51, 52) verläuft, deren Abstand (C) voneinander größer als die Förderbandbreite (A) und kleiner als die Serviettenpapierbreite (B) ist, derart, daß beim Eintreffen des Bestecks (1, 2) an den Wickelrollen (11, 12) diese ihre wirksame Stellung und die Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) und die Umlenkwalze (10) eine den Zwischenraum (35) zwischen den beiden Wickelrollen (11, 12) zur Beladestation (28) hin offen haltende Lage einnehmen, so daß das Besteck (1, 2) in diesen Zwischenraum (35) gelangt, wonach die Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) und/oder die Umlenkwalze (10) in die Umschlingungslage bewegt werden, in der sich das jeweilige Serviettenpapier um die Wickelrollen (11, 12) und das Besteck (1, 2) rollt, wonach die Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) und/oder die Umlenkwalze (10) in die Strecklage und die Wickelrollen (11, 12) in ihre unwirksame Stellung überführt werden, wonach der von dem Serviettenpapier gebildete Wickelkörper (30) mit dem darin enthaltenen Besteck (1, 3) zu den Verschließeinrichtungen (51, 52) gelangt, an denen die beiden seitlich über das Förderband (4) vorstehenden Endbereiche des Serviettenpapier-Wickelkörpers (30) aufreißbar verschlossen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) und die Umlenkwalze (10) eine um eine ortsfeste Schwenkachse (36) schwenkbare Schwenkeinheit bilden, die beim Bewegen aus der Strecklage in die Umschlingungslage entgegen der Laufrichtung (16) des Förderbandes (3) schwenkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinheit beim Aufbringen des Bestecks (1, 2) eine an der Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) eine Mulde (50) des Förderbandes (3) bildende Schwenklage einnimmt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Umschlingungslage der Schwenkeinheit die Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) unterhalb des in der Strecklage vom Förderband (3) durchlaufenen Weges und die Umlenkwalze (10) oberhalb der Wickelrolleneinheit (11, 12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den beiden Förderbandseiten die jeweilige Wickelrolle (11 bzw. 12) an einem Wickelrollen-Schwenkarm (37 bzw. 38) und das jeweilige Umlenkwalzenende an einem Umlenkwalzen-Schwenkarm (39 bzw. 40) angeordnet ist, wobei die Wickelrollen-Schwenkarme und die Umlenkwalzen-Schwenkarme schwenkfest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkeinheit mittels einer kreisbogenförmigen Kulissenführung schwenkgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschließeinrichtungen (51, 52) jeweils mindestens ein Prägerad enthalten, zwischen dem und einem Gegenstück der Wickelkörper (30) unter Bildung einer eine Sollreißstelle ergebenden Prägenaht (56 bzw. 57) hindurchläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderband (3) abseits des das Serviettenpapier tragenden Bandbereichs (13) um eine bewegbar angeordnete Spannwalze (9) geführt ist, an der eine das Förderband (3) im Sinne einer Streckung im Bereich (139 der Einpackstation (29) beaufschlagende Kraft angreift.
